You mention ‘authorities’ in child protection, have you been in contact with children’s services about your son or have they been involved in any way? Normally, concerns for the welfare of children such as some of the issues you raise would be dealt with by the local authority children’s services, who assess the situation and take any necessary action to safeguard and promote the welfare of the child. The allegations you make against your ex-partner’s father, that he was dismissed from a teaching job for ‘misconduct’ with a child and molested his own daughter are particularly serious and do need to be brought to the attention of children’s services, if they have not been already. I would, however, dispute the figure you quote that 60% of people who are sexually abused as children go on to sexually abuse children as adults.
Some of the matters you raise in relation to yourself and how you have been treated are difficult to understand. It is not normal that parents would be threatened with prison for enquiring about their child. It also hard to understand why a gift sent through the post would be dealt with by the bomb squad and why you feel you have been forced to leave the country.

My 36 day old son was exploited and abused by his mother on the 15th Nov 2013. She clearly panicked about what my friend and I witnessed that day, and while we were out having dinner she took off with our child and all our cash (£11k). I have never seen my son since. 

My child’s mother was clearly terrorized about birth registration and vaccination. We’d conditionally accepted the invitation in writing and we’re waiting on a response. Rather than receiving a written response my child’s mother was being threatened and resorted to attempts to force me to also comply and not ask questions. I then caught her venting her anger by violently squeezing our new born boy. My guests and I left the house to let her cool down. 

I returned home some two hours later to find myself locked out of mine and my son’s home, so I went to stay and my sisters and emailed my child’s mother demanding she get some professional help. She invited me to return home under the condition I go with her story of events that day. Which was a feeling that I made her feel frightened which is why she left and nothing about the incident with our child was to be spoke of. 

I refused to be corrupted and remained away in protest of this clear effort to cover up child abuse. My child’s mother is a teacher so I can understand why she wouldn’t want to admit wrongdoing. My response to this new situation was to re-house her nearby so that we did not need to live together which would permit me to return home to my son and not her. During this time my child’s grandfather (on the mothers side) attempted to hijack my position of trust in my young boys life. I discovered this man to be a suspected child molester, who was ejected from his teaching career for misconduct with a child and a man who molested his daughter as a child. And a man who was sexually abused himself as a child, 60% of whom statistically abuse children as adults. This man secretly re-housed my child and his mother near to him, dominated her every decision and tried to chase me from her. As well as hijacking my role and responsibility this man caused my child’s mother to hang up on me during a skype call in which we were attempting to resolve our situation which concerned me. He has also coached my child’s mother to alienate me, continue her effort to cover up the abuse and abduction of my child.

The mother and grandfather refused to release my son to meet his father’s side of the family for Christmas, refused to meet and speak with me etc. My child was being used to emotionally torture me and place me under immense duress. But I refused to be part of this cover up of child abuse and I refused to give my consent for the UK to govern my abducted child. He was registered and vaccinated by way of abduction, my alienation and my name was kept from his birth certificate. My abducted child’s name was also altered. 

I remained away in protest of this for around 3 weeks but returned home to be with my child and his mother for Christmas out of principle. My child’s mother then drove our child to the other end of the country for the purposes of keeping us apart Christmas day. She did so in lethal weather conditions endangering our child, texting me whilst driving alleging trees were falling down, she was aqua planing etc. 

My child’s malicious mother returned home Boxing day but not with our child. My child was being hidden from me and kept from his home. His mother then baited and aggravated me further saying my access to my son would be restricted, his location would not be disclosed, her family would also be coming to take our furniture etc. When I pealed back our curtains her father was hiding outside and from what I can gather trying to secretly record my response. Despite realizing the two were attempting to frame me, after failing to ransom me with my own child for weeks, I did not react. 

The days after Christmas went on and my son continued to be kept from his father and home. Before returning to my family for NewYears celebrations I prepared my furniture for disposal to prevent it being stolen as they’d threatened. Within a few days of arriving at my family estate I received an email from my landlord saying that my locks had been changed and that they were sorry to hear I’d abandoned my home. This was not the case. My son was abducted from our home and I was then illegally evicted. What my child mother and grandfather had done is called the police in a 2nd attempt to frame and criminalize me. This alarmed the landlords who were mislead into believing I’d damaged and abandoned my home. In good faith I paid the rent in advance and asked for a new copy of keys to be posted to me. They refused month on month. 

While this was happening I tried to make arrangement to see my son and for my family to meet him. His mother depleted excuse after excuse why i couldn’t see my child by email and then ceased all communication. I continued to email her asking to know where my son was, how he was, for his safe return to our home or my 2nd home etc. Police then attempted to surprise arrest me for harassment. They went to the wrong address so instead called me and invited me into the station to respond to allegations I was harassing. I decided as I did not want to engage legally with these people or enter into any form of contract with them. 

The police then made a second surprise attempt to arrest me, visiting the wrong address again before the deadline they gave me to visit the station was up. I also discovered a court case was being held based on 30+ lies by the mother which requested an order to stop me going near the home of the child molester where my abducted child was being held captive by a physically abusive mother who’d abducted, exploited, endangered, drugged, enslaved, renamed, alienated and continues to hide my child. Who’d also violated my rights by exiling me without a jury decision and attempted to have me kidnapped and forced into a courtroom where father’s have no rights so they can pursue their attempt to cover up child abuse by forcing fatherlessness on my STILL abducted, missing child. I was not served notice of the court hearing, police would not help me or my son regain access to our home or each other. I was threatened with 5 years in jail if I continue to ask after my son.

Under duress I left Britain so that I could remain a voice for my abducted missing son against this state-sponsored duo of child abusers. From overseas I wrote to my MP to get EDM210 signed so father’s could get rights but he refused. I then helped get 100 other MP’s to sign, but when it reached parliament it was ignored. I continued to notify all of the authorities in child protection about what my child and I are being subjected to. I continue to be ignored. Nobody will tell me where my son is, how he is etc. The deal I made for a 3rd home abroad within weeks of arriving was then sabotaged following false allegations I use a fake password/ ID and that I was wanted by the FBI. I was forced from the resort and moved up to the mountains. An orphanage I helped a local celebrity open became a business opportunity which was also sabotaged by this families false allegations. 

My blog was then blocked from being accessed in the UK. This is my freedom of speech and expression and even that was now being violated. UN and EU human rights groups as well as missingchildrenUK, national crime agency and more all give excuses as why they cannot do anything to help my abducted, missing, endangered child or me. Or continue to ignore me. 

For father’s day I sent a gift to my son’s last known address. It was reported as a potential bomb and disposed of by the bomb squad. I believe this was a ploy to try and get me extradited back into the UK regime or just another attempt to frame, criminalize and silence me. Allegations of money laundering and other such nonsense also resulted in mine and my business associates bank accounts being suspended while investigated, which was a major inconvenience. Another court case was carried out, without sufficient notice, containing even more lies to the court by the mother and her lawyer (such as I had not given then my address, to which I had in fact. They also gave the court my old email which they knew to be invalid). My legal name was again used in agreements without my consent or correspondence with me, the physical human. These people have agreed amongst themselves (and entered my name onto this agreement) that I should be kept from my son as I am the danger. – At the request of the mother of course. 

My IP was later tracked by police to a router I tunnel through at my family estate in Wales. A 3rd surprise attempt was made to arrest me, although the officer claimed to want to just check if I was ok. When I located his email and notified him that I was not ok, that mine and my son’s rights are being violated etc he refused to respond. Recently I was also contacted by a police woman inviting me to enter into contract and referred to me as ‘the bomb hoax man’. I believe the call was also an attempt to get me to purger myself so that more charges could be added to the unlawful arrest warrants. 

The Tax office is now seeking to learn about my sources of income which have enabled me to finance my fight against this deception and tyranny which I refuse to give them as the regime while it sponsors violations of mine and my child’s human rights. 

The situation continues to escalate and escalate. My position remains unchanged. I still provide me and my son a home, a life of peace and abundance. I continue to want to fulfill my roles and responsibilities as a father. I have not been demoralized or disincentivised. But I refuse to yield to any ransoms being made by my child’s abductors, deceivers, abusers and exploiters. I demand my son be returned to his father and home and his unlawful citizenship to the UK renounced and the mechanism which ensures we are in democracy, which many of my friend and I have risked our lives to defend in war, is respected. I demand to know about my abducted, missing son. What these people are doing for the 490 something day is INHUMANE. They have committed document fraud, they are dealing with a legal fiction and not me the physical human and I am furious and in absolute protest and I’m doing so as lawfully as possible. As I understand is my right. 

I am a former British soldier. I am in oath of allegiance until 2024. 

As a free British subject of the monarch I take my valid oath to defend Britain against tyrant regimes very seriously. The UK is behaving like an evil, tyrannical, barbaric cult. The statism doctrine really has severed its citizens connection with reality and humanity, subjecting my child and me to such injustices. 

West Yorkshire and South Wales police are doing nothing for my son or me, who are on our 490th something day, having our rights violated. As I understand all of the UK’s 750 statutes are null and void until this is rectified, yet they continue to reference statutes which I am apparently violated to give them justification to continue violating mine and my son’s inherent birth rights as free British subject of our monarch.

March 2015 – Stewart Family continue to try and bait and aggravate me
Continue to try and get more justification for abducting and hiding my child from his father and home  FOR THE 500TH DAY …..and  continue trying to force fatherlessness onto him, raise him in deceit, continue to abuse and betray him, exploit him (use him to try and ransom me into contract, pay a fee, silence/ subjugate, break or immaculate me).

These people will not break me, I do not have a breaking point. The Stewart family in Otley of West Yorkshire are state-sponsored child molesting child abusers. Day 500 and continue to remain a voice for my abused, exploited, abducted, endangered, hidden, forced-fatherless, exploited, renamed, enslaved, drugged, deceived, groomed child. The United Kingdom society is destroying Britain. This is the behavior of an evil tyrannical cult.  wht mother does this to her own child. What doctrine and evil would posses a mother to be such a dis service to a defenceless child.

My child is not without representation. I continue to be a voice for my abducted, hidden, exploited, forced-fatherless, deceived, enslaved, drugged, groomed, child. What hope in hell does my child have for any justice and peace in his life. My abducted, hidden child is being used for ransom e.g. he is being heavily exploited. The ransoms made by his abductors and captors include paying, entering into contract, being part of covering up child abuse or being silent about it. If my son ever comes across this I encourage him to get as far away from his lying, deceiving, betraying, evil, corrupt grandad. David Stewart is the source of a family of rats. This cult leader worships the devil and molests children. From my relationship with his daughter, who I broke up with a few times because I found out she was nuts ( before she became pregnant) is also a victim of his child sex abuse. This family are sick and evil. An infant child in their families care has already died due to malpractice, the other child is also the prime example of a really bad early childhood. Meanwhile the other child they have is by way of abduction.

MY CHILD: Who they continue to hold captive at an unknown location.My child whom they have enslaved and drugged and are attempting to force fatherlessness, abuse, deceit and exploitation on. Milo Alloidus ApStewart is actually Milo Allodius of the Buckler family, NOT THE STEWART FAMILY! Why a woman would want to give a child her own father’s family name and not the child’s actually family name is testament to how incestuous she is with her own father. I wonder if Deborah Stewart’s father ever stopped molesting her. I have heard of cases where father’s molest their daughters well into adulthood from people I am associated with in the police. (Not the corrupt, child abuse, forced-fatherless and abduction cover up police btw).

So Deborah Stewart and her father David Stewart of Otley in West Yorkshire are incestuous together. They want a child together which they can also groom, exploit and abuse. The UK sponsors this. They have even made every effort to help force fatherlessness onto this abducted hidden child so that he is completely exposed. I was not most concerned about my child because his mother is wreckless and smashed her skull open in a motorbike accident where she had no helmet on. I was not most concerned about my child because his grandfather was ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a child. I was not most concerned about my child because his mother takes drugs and seems incestuous with her own father. I was not most concerned because I know her family to be corrupt after her brother tried framing me in 2003. I was not most concerned about my child because his mother never looked at him and did what we decided was best for him, but instead ignored our child’s expressions and looked to books and other people for guidance on what to do with the child she has. EVERYTHING BUT WHAT I SUGGEST AS HIS FATHER!

I wasn’t most concerned when she became erratic and terrorised by idiots who insisted she not evne ask questions about enslaving and drugging our child like they wanted us too, which also caused her to shout and swear and distress our child. I wan’t most concerned when Deborah Stewart decided to give up trying to bully and ransom me with my own child and instead decided to vent her anger on our 36day old son by violently gripping him. I wasn’t even most concerned when she then figured that her teaching career would be over if this ever got out. So she abducted our child and tried to use him to corrupt me into being silent about what happened. 500 DAYS LATER I AM NOT SILENT. I wasn’t most concerned for my child when his malicious mother realized she couldn’t get me to be part of a child abuse cover up so she instead went for the option of baiting, aggravating and trying to frame and criminalize and silence me. She won’t be the first to try this and likely not the last: I’ve met all kinds of weasels like this in life, the first of whom was her brother who tried framing me in 2003. But when this sick, malicious mother decides to drive our son to the other end of the country in lethal weather to intentionally keep us apart on our first Christmas together, then I was concerned. When she decided to let her suspected child molester of a father (DAVID STEWART, OTLEY) coach her into trying to cover up child abuse by trying to bait, frame and criminalise me (the witness of it) then I was concerned for my son,

Whist still providing a home and life of peace and abundance for my son and even looking for a new home for my child’s mother up the road, this suspected child molester attempted to hijack my role and my position of trust in my son’s life by secretly re-housing my abducted, renamed, enslaved, drugged, abused, endangered and now GROOMED child, near to him. Meanwhile the pair began work on trying to silence me.

This sick, incestuous duo not only abused, abducted, enslaved, groomed, drugged, renamed and continue to hide my abducted missing son, but they had me illegally evicted, had police and courts try to make successive attempts to kindap me and force me into some sick agreements.  The first agreement contracted by Leeds Crown Court was that I stop asking the whereabouts or wellbeing of my abducted, missing , groomed, ensalved, drugged, deceived, renamed, endangered, exploited, forced-fatherless child OR I WILL GO TO JAIL FOR 5 YEAR FOR HARASSMENT.

I moved abroad and I started this blog to expose this injustice to my child and me. Not only has every one of my child’s rights been violated, but so too have my rights as a free British subject of a monarch. Since I am ex-forces and still in oath of allegiance to Queen and Country until 2024 there is no way I can be part of a regime or society that does this sort of stuff to children and humans. Especially on my birth land. I remain a voice for my son, and I continue to journal all of the wrongdoings of the UK Government. Who have assisted these sick people in their crimes against our country, children, society and constitution. A family of teachers of all people.

To me Otley in West Yorkshire is the breeding ground of pedophiles. Maybe the Police, and Judges and this family thought they could use statute laws and intimidation to silence me about what they are subjecting me and my child too for the 500th day. But I remain in absolute protest. I have taken names, evidence and yet these people continue to hold my abducted, child captive at an unknown address, having abused and endangered him, having renamed and drugged and enslaved him into this tyrant regime. This PEDO-NARC RING IN OTLEY, LEEDS also includes a Leeds Law Firm who also acted unlawfully and unconstitutionally, perverted the course of justice and attempted to mislead and deceive courts and even me, TO HELP A DRUG ABUSING, INCESTUOUS CHILD MOLESTER AND HIS CHILD ABUSING MALICIOUS DAUGHTER GET AWAY WITH CHILD ABUSE AND ABDUCTION.

What these people, this community and this society as a whole are doing to my son is sick and evil. This is the behavior of and evil tyrannical cult. They abuse, abduct and hide my son. They then try FOR THE LAST 500+ DAYS TO PUT ME UNDER SUCH DURESS I EITHER BE SILENT ABOUT THIS, BE PART OF THIS DECEIT AND ABUSE OF MY OWN CHILD. Or that I give up on him. Why is it beyond these sick evil people to just accept that I lived at home in peace and abundance with my son. I continue to want to live at home in peace and abundance with my son, in my country in peace. This effort to sever our bond, force us to be involved in a tyrant regime, or in contract with child abusers. Or else my son is forced fatherless and I’m threatened with jail.

Child’s mother and grandfather: Be silent about child abuse or we’ll make sure you never see your son again
Leeds Crown Court: These people want to continue abusing your child in secret and you’re getting in the way. Stop asking about your child, forget him or you will go to jail for 5 years.
West Yorkshire Police: We have to kidnap you and make you enter into this contract. If you ever want to see your son again you have to do a deal with us.

Damn the lot of these people. Abducting and hiding my child, abusing and endangering him, forcing exploitation and fatherlessness onto him. These people are sick and inhumane. My poor son has no chance of justice. Fortunately I work from my laptop and I can stay in hiding for the next 18 year to make sure this is exposed. These people are exposed. Judges, police, lawyers .

Maybe the Judges, Police and Lawyers aren’t all necessarily in favor of sponsoring child abuse. Maybe they’ve just been easily mislead and deceived by the corrupt Stewart family.
But when the lawyer, courts and police AND EVEN MILITARY are used by this sick family to actually try and intimidate, bully and silence me about what they’re doing to a defenseless child you have to assume there’s a problem with these authorities.

Firstly, these people have all lost touch with humanity. My child has been abducted and hidden and nobody will even tell me, FOR THE 500TH HOW HE IS, WHERE HE IS. There only seems to be an attempt to silence me.

I AM HAPPY TO MAKE A STAND AGAINST THE POLICE, JUDGES AND THIS SICK FAMILY, THE MILITARY AND MY OWN GOVERNMENT ON THIS ONE!

Anyway. For the 500th day I continue to appeal to these sick people to return my abducted son to his father and home and whatever it is any of you want consult me and my child so that our consent can be given to be part of whatever it is you want. But I will not play a part abusing, covering abuse or deceiving my own child. He is also not fatherless, you are simply holding him captive at an unknown address for the 500th day and keeping all information about him from me, and ex-communicating me because I won’t yield to any of your ransoms. Be part of covering up child abuse so his mother can continue teaching and posing a risk to other children and our own? NO!

474th day of exploitation and forced fatherlessness on my abducted, missing, groomed, deceived, endangered child

UPDATE; DAY 474 SINCE MY SONS ABDUCTION

Its been 474 days since my childs (state_sponsored) , incestuous and malicious mother (and grandfather) …..began abusing, exploiting, hiding, endangering, grooming and attempted to force-fatherlessness, physical and sexual abuse onto my abducted, missing son. All the while they have attempted to keep all information about my abducted, missing son from me while attempts are being made to corrupt, ransom, discredit, frame, ex-communicate, ostracise and ultimately silence me. 

The UK (inc ,NSPCC, MISSINGCHILDRENUK, MP’s, DAVID CAMERON, UK Police & UK courts etc), ALL sponsor and endorse this abuse & cover-up, child abduction, child grooming, child exploitation and deceit, betrayal, drugging & enslavement (unlawful/by way of kidnap vaccination and citizenship) and forced fatherlessness of a defenceless child. This is the 397th day of dis service, abuse, exploitation of my abducted, hidden child by his malicious, physically-abusive, state-sponsored mother and her corrupt incestuous family. 

Deborah Stewart and her father David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount in Otley are child abducting, child abusing and grooming cult followers. In order to perform rituals on my child, including physical abuse and sexual molestation they have abducted him from the safety of his father and home and continue to keep my son captive at an unknown location while they attempt to silence me for simply witnessing and reporting their crimes against my child.  

For the 474th day my son remains abducted from his home and father after his malicious mother exploited our child by keeping him from meeting another infant (by detaining him in the neighbouring room) and failing this attempt to ransom me with my own child, I caught her venting her anger by violently gripping our 36 day old. After my guest, his daughter and I left for dinner (to give this psychotic woman some space to cool down) she clearly panicked and ran away with my son whom I have not seen or barely heard about since. I returned to find myself locked out and no note or message to say where she had gone with our child. She also took off with about £11k of our young families cash.

My position then, which remains unchanged to this day,,is that my child’s mother (Deborah Stewart, Otley, West Yorkshire) should seek professional help for her behaviour which frighted me and my son that day as she yell and swore in front of our infant child, behaved maliciously and endangered our infant child. Since I returned to find myself locked out of my own home I remained at my sisters home and communicated only in writing (by email). I received a response to my email with the claim that she’d left as I’d made her feel frighted and that she was now back at home with our son and that I should return. Although she did accept that we should go and speak to someone about our relationship. 

I remained away in absolute protest of this twist of what actually happened that day. Despite there being a witness my child’s psychotic and erratic mother maintained that she’d left because I’d made her feel frighted, when in actual fact we’d left to let her cool down after her behaviour and treatment of our child became frightening. I continued to try to resolve our dispute in writing, but remained away in protest of this very clear attempt to cover up the abuse of our child and the way in which she’d exploited him and behaved that day. 

The behaviour was, what I believe, in relation to pressure being put on her, not from me but from the state and her family/friends about obtaining a birth certificate for our child. Deborah and I sent a letter of conditional acceptance to the registrar after being invited to give our consent for the UK society to govern our child. Our child who was, at this point still a free British subject of our monarch, her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, whom I am still in Oath of Allegiance to until 2024. Our letter of condition acceptance challenged the so called ‘benefits’ of subscribing our child to this regime and its 750 statute laws (rules). The letter was also a check to see if we are actually still in a democracy and to check if the state still requires our consent to be governed. Something I personally find extremely important in this day and age where Governments are forever abusing their power and acting unlawfully and unconstitutionally.

On the 15th November 2013 my child’s mother was, to my knowledge terrorised into giving her consent for the UK Government to govern our child without any of the benefits to our child being explained so that we can make a proper informed decision. My child has now been made a citizen of the UK society and ascribed a legal title, but it has not been done with any discussion or consent but rather complete disregard of me and our challenge, terrorism and vilification and intimidation of my child’s mother, complete alienation and even an attack on me for insisting the democratic challenge be adhered to (having lost friends in battle, and fought myself to protect “democracy”). But more importantly my child, a free British subject of the monarch, has been made a citizen of the UK regime by way of abduction from the safety of his father and home by his terrorised, distressed and frighted mother. This is not democracy. The United Kingdom is a tyrant/ false democracy regime. Not a democratic society. Since this is how the bankrupt, corrupt state has obtained my child into its seemingly, evil tyrannical cult, I remain in absolute protest of it and I definitely refuse for it to govern my child. Milo Allodius of the Stewart/Buckler family, remains abducted and enslaved. 

Around the time of his abuse, abduction from his home and father, unlawful citizenship (enslavement) he was also drugged. Although this is simply vaccination, my child has been injected with unknown chemicals by way of abduction and disregard of me, his father and my consent. I am yet to be informed of what chemicals have been administered to my abducted, missing child. The record of birth is also a forgery, as I was at my son’s birth and the record does not show this. My son’s mother and I also gave our new creation the name Milo allodius ApStewart. But since I now know that her family name is part of an incestuous ploy and attempted forced fatherless campaign, I am sickened about my son carrying this family name, so I now refer to my abducted, missing, abused, enslaved, drugged child as Milo Allodius ApBuckler. (Ap being my native patronymic, which means ‘of the family’. A necessary in any equitable title of any free British subject of the monarch). 

Since my abducted son has been ascribed a new, legal (slave) title: Milo Stewart. Which he will no doubt be indoctrinated into identifying himself by. With a fraudulent record of birth with is at best inaccurate and a clear attempt to deceive my child into believing he has no father. When in fact I was at his birth, provided him a home and loved and cared for him. The truth is he has been abducted and kept from this while his captors and abductor (primarily his mother) attempt to corrupt me into covering up abusing our child, bully me into giving my consent for the UK to govern my child WHICH I DO NOT or playing a part in this deception of my child by way of using him to ransom me. Which is more exploitation of my abused, abducted, missing, enslaved, drugged, deceived, renamed, forced-fatherless child: Milo Allodius ApBuckler. 

I remained away in protest while his mother and her father (David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount Otley – a man ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a child) secretly rehoused my abducted child and further attempted to corrupt me into going along with their story of events from the 15th Nov 2013 so that they could avoid admitting wrongdoing in trying to cover up child abusing by lying about the physical abuse, abduction, enslavement, drugging, deceit, exploitation of my child. Further to this, this suspected child molester secretly rehoused my son near to him and baited and aggravated me by email to punish me for not being accepting of his daughters acts of malice and physical abuse of our new child. Even more he clearly attempted to hijack my position of trust and responsibilities as a father which IS GROOMING MY CHILD FOR SEXUAL MOLESTATION. 

David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount, Otley is not just a sexual predator because he has groomed my abducted, missing boy, or because he was ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a young child. David Stewart seems to have sexually molested Deborah Stewart and even her two brothers Peter Stewart (now a SSgt in the Royal Corps of Signals) and Jeremy Stewart of Otley in West Yorkshire. I gather this much from my relationship of 12years with Peter Stewart and my relationship with my child’s mother: Deborah Stewart. While my defenceless son remains alone in the hands of this suspected child molester while his physically abusive mother went out drinking and taking drugs I was ordered by a court, at the request of these two, that I not go within a proximity of this man’s home, who has my abducted child captive. What sort of sick social experiment are these people playing ? 

Despite remaining away in protest of the attempted cover up of physical abuse of my 36 day old child, the exploitation, his abduction, grooming, enslavement, drugging, deceit and forced-fatherless attempt. (A stand for democracy, speaking out against corruption and child abuse, including contact denial, parental alienation, child exploitation, child grooming and forced-fatherlessness)….I still returned home to my son and his mother for Christmas out of principle, It was our first Christmas as a young family and I was willing to put all of this aside to spend Christmas Day at home with my son and his mother as a new young family. When I tried returning I was still obstructed from entering my home as his mother refused to leave me the key to get it. So I arranged to get a copy from our landlord at the time (Stockeld Park in Wetherby). I sat down Christmas Eve, put a present under the tree for my son and sat there waiting for him and his mother to return. 

My family were still at our family estate waiting to meet my son, whom his mother refused for weeks to bring down and meet them. She was not only alienating me but my entire family, aside from my mother, had not even met my son and have still not met my son. I was especially sad to find that my son’s great grandmother on my side had stuffed a gift to the back of a wardrobe in our house which she’d not been given the opportunity to give my son on Christmas. I also had a pony in a stable at our livery yard for my son, who I was sad not to be able to present him with while his mother kept him from me and my family in her continued act of malice and attempt to force fatherlessness onto our son. I suspected by now that her and her father had been attempting to bait and aggravate me, using my child, because I would not be accepting on their decision to try and cover up abusing and grooming my abducted, missing child.

I headed back to my home, in the hope his mother wouldn’t sink so low as to keep him from his father and home Christmas Day. But I was wrong. Not only did she keep our son from his father and home on our first Christmas, she actually did it in the most nefarious way imaginable. She drove our son to the other end of the country, onto an army base her brother was on, to ensure we did not even see each other Christmas Day. Blandford Camp, Dorset (home of the Royal Corps of Signals, my formed Army Training base) was being utilised as a way of ensuring me and my son were alienated from each other by a barbed wire fence, armed security and guard dogs. all possible now that I am a civilian. I wrote to the Commanding Officer to let him know about Peter and Deborah’s Stewart’s act of malice and abuse of the facilities entrusted to this corrupt Ssgt (who everyone is away tried framing me in 2003). That month Peter Stewart also stole £1,000 I sent them, for a new cot for my growing son as his mother was allegedly moving banks. Not only did my son’s mother commit yet another malicious act of spite and abuse of power, but she seriously endangered our child by driving him as far apart from me and our home as possible in lethal weather. She even txt me whilst driving claiming trees were falling down and she was aqua plaining with our child in the car. This seemed to be another clear attempt frustrate me. 

By this time I had committed two or three acts of protest. I slept with Deborah’s sister in Law (Peter’s ex wife). I ousted the Stewart family from a private trust I run and froze repayments on a loan I have with Peter. Since the money Deborah ran away with was actually an investment from her father I wrote off his investment and her theft, concluding that she subsequently stole the money intended to be invested in my technology venture from her own father. Or another view was that this money served as collateral for some of the costs incurred trying to fulfil my responsibilities as a father to what I discovered to be a child molesters, child abusing, psychotic and incestuous daughter.  

Boxing Day Deborah agreed to meet. Since my family estate was only a short drive from the end of the country her and our son were in, (and my family were all there eager to meet our son), I asked that we meet there and that I was willing to head back down south to facilitate this.  She refused saying she had scheduled for our son to return to her families home, obtuse to the fact my family were all keen to meet my son and that she was actually close by. Another clear effort to bait and aggravate me. I’ve witnessed this psychotic woman torturing animals, physically abusing our child, received confirmation that she’d go as far as endangering our child to emotionally torture me so this behaviour was not a surprise. I was at my home, I’d been made a fool of, I missed my son, I was exhausted and went to bed. 

Some hours later Deborah arrived without our son. We sat down and talked. She refused to tell me about my son, announced his new home, announced she’s calling off our relationship, announced she’d be taking all the furniture, announced that I was frightening and that I could only visit my son under supervision. The audacity of this child abuser was bizarre. She then questioned if I was going to react or respond, something like “aren’t you going to respond”. She then said she’d let her father know she was ok and that he could go. To my surprise her father was hiding outside and from what I can gather, secretly recording me. While Deborah attempted to bait and aggravate me her father hid outside our window trying to record my reaction. It was now clear that they were attempting to frame me.

Deborah left and not much was resolved. although it was a relief to have the opportunity to sit down and just speak to the woman I’d just had a child with. Over the next few days I stayed at home hoping she’d return our son so that I could at least see him for Christmas. I received responses like “Milo and I are too busy” etc. I was not enjoying being made such a fool of or being a skapegoat for a child molester grooming my abducted, missing child and a physically abusive mother who’d not only stolen my child, abused him, renamed and continued to hide him and alienate me, but also tried discrediting me, baiting aggravating and framing me. In an act of protest of this exploitation of my abducted, missing child and determination that these people would not also be steeling mine and my sons furniture (as well as a challenge to see if they were actually trying to frame and criminalise and silence me as I suspected these corrupt people were) I prepared my furniture for disposal and left to join my family and celebrate new years. 

As I suspected they attempted to use this to try and frame and criminalise me. These people are not even joking around, I was right. Because they failed to corrupt and bully me into being accepting/ silent about the abuse, abduction, enslavement, drugging, renaming, secret rehousing, alienation and exploitation of my child they were willing to go as far as trying to frame me, for the second time, and criminalise and ostracise me. David Stewart emailed me pretty much celebrating that they’d found a way to ensure I never see my son again. They mislead my landlord into performing an illegal eviction, alleging I’d damaged the property and that I’d abandoned it. The truth was there was no damage to the property, or my child and his mothers belonging/ antique family furniture, only my personal belongings and newly acquired furniture. And I hadn’t abandoned it. My car (a black Dodge Avenger) was still on the drive. They also called the police. 

For weeks I battled with my landlord, Stockeld Park, insisting my child and I wished to remain in our home and that changing my locks without even notifying me, in my absence, on false information was an attempted illegal eviction. I demanded a key to the new locks be sent to my 2nd home but they refused and along with my child’s mother and family insisted I take the hint and look for somewhere else to live. Because I was in protest of this cover up of abuse of my child, and his abduction and grooming, and the clear attempt to frame and discredit me, as well as acts of malice which exploit and endangered my child, I was the one being oustracides while my child’s groomer, abuser, abductors and captors, who continue to hide my son, are receiving state sponsorship and are being harboured and endorsed in their crimes against my forced-fatherless child. This is the 474th day my abducted son is being held captive by a family of social fraudsters who are so corrupt that they’re willing to force fatherlessness onto a child and go as far as trying to frame and criminalise me to silence me for simply witnessing this abuse, grooming and deceit of my enslaved, drugged, abducted, exploited and hidden child. 

Every excuse why I couldn’t see my abducted son, why my family couldn’t meet him, why I couldn’t know where he was being held captive etc was being depleted and the responses became more solicited. My child’s mother had basically lawyered up, as I’m sure anyone physically abusing a 36 day old and trying to cover it up in such a corrupt and nefarious way would. Especially someone from a family where an infant had died due to malpractice and where sexual, incestuous child abuse exists. A woman who had already shown she’d happily endanger, exploit and even physically abuse her own child to vent her anger, perform gross acts of malice and use our child like a bartering chip to fuel corruption and try to ransom, control and silence me. My insistence on appointing my child his own independent representative was rejected by his mother, My instance that she stop abusing our child stop as reducing his standard of health care, parental abduction, alienating him from his father and our family, denying us contact etc were also forms of abuse. Not to mention the way in which he was made a citizen of the UK and vaccinated (by abduction from his home and father and complete disregard for our conditions of acceptance and even notifying me what chemical are being administered to my abducted missing child). In mid February 2014 all communicating ceased. I was directed to Ison Harrison Lawfirm in Leeds who took it upon themselves to assist my child’s incestuous abuser and groomer in their campaign to force fatherless on my abducted, missing child, silence me for what I’d witnessed and experienced at the hands of these corrupt child abusers and abusers of power. 

I refused to enter into contract with these people as they were corrupt criminals and evidently child abusers of my child. Despite this ISON HARRISON lawfirm in Leeds insisted on using my legal title in agreements they’d begun forging with the court. Next thing I knew I was being hunted down like a wild animal by police for “harassment” for my daily emails asking to know if my abused, groomed, endangered, missing, exploited, enslaved, drugged child was even still alive in the hands of his abductors and captors. I explained to West Yorkshire police that my son and I were in need of Law and Order and keeping of the peace. They did nothing to help me regain access to the home I’d been illegally evicted from or recovery of my abducted, missing child whom had been abused and groomed by his captors and abductors. People who still hold my child captive at an unknown address to this day: Day 397 and counting.  The police made a surprise attempt to arrest me at my family estate while I was not there, then afterwards insisted I visit my nearest station and provide a response to this frivolousness complaint of harassment. I explained that I did not want to enter into contract of any kind with these people as they are holding my abducted son captive and failing their attempts to corrupt, bully and ransom me into being a part of what they were doing to my child, they are now attempting to drag me into a courtroom and use statute laws to get away with, and justify all of the malicious, nefarious acts they’d committed against my child, our bond, our home, our life of peace and abundance. The UK officer Keiran Ingham, insisted I come in and contract and made the judgement (that I’d already been deemed harassing, without any trial of any kind). She refused to help me or my son but from what I can understand gave my child’s mother a panic alarm as she acted frighted of me to justify running off with our child. This entire thing just gets more and more ridiculous. This was a clear attempt by my child’s abusers lawyer to have police kidnap me and force me into contract so that they can begin capitalising on this dispute. 

Before the week was up I had news that my dear old grandmothers home was approached by South Wales police who decided to hammer at her door at 1am in another surprise attempt to arrest me and force me into contract with my child’s abductors and captors. I could not believe the clear succession of attempts to deceive me and drag me into the game these sick evil people were insisting on playing with me and my child. I refused to be part of it and to this day insist my abducted, missing son be returned to his father and home and that the people who abused and abducted, groomed and continue to hide and exploit my child be brought to justice. I insist that my abducted son’s unlawful citizenship to the UK be renounced, and that the Government webpage on renouncing citizenship from the Britain be reverted back to renouncing citizenship from the UK society, so that free British subjects of the monarch have the option to chose weather or not they consent to be governed which is mandatory of any nation claiming to be a democracy. I demand the name my son’s mother and I gave him be used to identify himself by. Not the legal title ascribed to him by way of abduction as this is a clear attempt to raise my STILL abducted and missing child in deceit. 

Police men and woman in this instance clearly act in their capacity as agents of a regime which sponsors this ritual of letting mothers abuse and abduct children, while child molesters groom the abducted, hidden child while everyone gangs up to erase the father from the picture for speaking out against this inhumane and barbaric treatment of defenceless children.  They seem to be happy with performing kidnapping and using force to get their own countrymen into contract so that courts and lawyers can exploit children, prolong and monetise domestic disputes. The Police and Lawyers and even the judges seem to have, in this case especially, forgotten their Oath of Allegiance. An Oath which I am in until 2024. My Oath of allegiance is to Queen and Country and not to the UK regime. When statute laws of this regime violate the inherent rights and freedoms of the free British subjects of the monarch, it is up to those in oath to defend our Magna Carta constitution and those inherent rights and freedoms. In this case a succession of mine and my son’s inherent rights and freedoms had been violated upon their invitation to the situation. Instead of upholding their oath and fulfilling their duty to protect a child that has knowingly been abducted from his home and father, held captive at an unknown location for months whilst having practically all of his rights and freedoms violated by his captors and abductors (especially the right to his fathers beliefs and culture, the right to have the best quality of healthcare available, protection from abuse, abduction, endangerment, grooming etc) …All of the police involved in this matter have acted in favour of the mother and statutes which afford mothers alleging domestic violence protection,,, have subsequently assisted this malicious mother: Deborah Stewart, assistance in her campaign to cover up child abuse and abduction, grooming and endangering and continue softly abusing our child by holding him captive at an unknown location, exploiting him, exposing him to more endangerment and sexual molesting of the predator who has already, very evidently groomed my abducted missing son: David Stewart, 7 Newall Mount Otley. 

When you think it couldn’t get any worse for my abused, abducted, hidden, forced-fatherless, groomed, exploited, enslaved, endangered, renamed, deceived, captive, drugged child IT DOES. A LOT WORSE. Not only has Milo’s physically abusive mother and child molesting grandfather abused, groomed and abducted my son, from the safety of his father and home. And enslaved, drugged, hid and attempted to force fatherlness onto him so they can get away with their crimes. These two are likely incestuous and definitely take drugs. Further to this they perform rituals which indicate they are members of a satanic cult which prays on the energy and innocence of children. everyone of their acts of abuse of power, corruption and evil indicate this. But what really made me most sad for my abducted, missing son was when a court order came through, to the legal title I insisted not be used to contract me with these people, threatening me with 5 years in jail for “harassment” if I continue to ask to know if my abducted son was ok. This was not served to me, but to a relative, it also alleged I was attempting to avoid being served. it also only came the day before the hearing which took place at the other end of the country. I notified the court of this clear attempt to use statute laws to get away with abusing and abducting my child and all of the other abuses of power over my defenceless child. Further to this preposterous court ruling, another one followed, at the request of the mother, something to the tune of I should never be allowed contact with my son again because of how I have no regard for law etc etc. (this is the woman that physically abused and abducted our child, lied to courts and police to get assistance trying to silence me, engendered our child and continues to hide him and exploit him and try to force fatherlessness onto him). 

These two child abusers and abductors were then permitted to leave the country with the child they abused and abducted whilst it was suggested by a court that I be blacklisted from obtaining a passport for my son in case I attempted to leave the country with him. Despite me being chased from my country and home and ex-communicated and ignored, and despite the fact his mother and grandfather are incestuous child abusers of an abducted child they have already groomed and endangered. The UK really is pulling out every stop to help these corrupt people get away with and cover up child abuse and force fatherlessness onto this abducted, deceived, exploited child. MY CHILD! further to this, ISON HARRISON LAW FIRM in LEEDS, had my original blog shut down. An allegation was made that my funds were for drugs deals and my banks was closed and even an  associates bank suspended for many months while investigations took place. It’s incredible how someone can abuse a 36 day old, run off with him, hide him, try corrupting you, then failing that try framing you, time after time. Then failing that lie to police and courts. Then failing that use legalise tactics to try and get away with it by silencing me. Then failing that continue to bait and aggravate with tactics like coming on and off skype teasing me with the possibility of seeing my son, or registering on my website with passwords like ‘youllneverseeyousonagain’, then going to court with my reactions and using it to try justifying why fatherlessness should be forced on this child. And why the abducted child’s place of captivity should be it’s new home. And why his abusers, abductors, deceivers and exploiters (who mislead police and courts and try every trick in the book to cover up child abuse) are this boy’s better carers. The fact remains that I still live in peace and abundance. I am currently in a luxury Caribbean apartment overlooking a marina of yachts with my associate from Derbyshire Police’s high tech crime unit who knows the kind of evil people like the Stewart family get up to with children they manage to get exposed. Crimes of the highest calibre are crimes against children. And the fact my son is abducted and in the captivity of an incestuous pair of child abusers and groomers actually sets the stage for some pretty horrific things. 

Not only are my son’s abductors and captors renowned for drug abuse, recklessness, malpractice with previous offences. David and Deborah Stewart have actually already abused, endangered, abducted, groomed and exploited and exposed my child. HE REMAINS FOR THE 397TH IN THE HANDS OF THESE ABUSERS! Unfortunately they are 100% state sponsored because they ‘play the system’. They say the right things to the right people, fill in the right forms, pay the right people, leave out the right information.. THEY HAVE LEGALLY AND SOMEWHAT SUCCESSFULLY, WITH THE SERVICES OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. LAW ENFORCERS, KEEPERS OF THE PEACE AND EVEN CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES :::: ABUSED, ABDUCTED, GROOMED, ENSLAVED, DRUGGED, FORCED-FATHERLESSNESS, POVERTY, CORRUPTION, DECEIT AND EXPLOITATION ONTO MY ABDUCTED, MISSING SON! THEY’VE THEN (WITH STATE SPONSORSHIP) HAD ME ILLEGALLY EVICTED AND EVEN CHASED FROM MY 2ND HOME AND COUNTRY, THEY’VE HAD MY BLOG SHUT DOWN, THEY’VE ATTEMPTED TO DISCREDIT ME AND SABOTAGE MY BUSINESSES WITH A WEBSITE CALLED WAVEISFAKE.COM!   This family are absolutely determined not to return my son, admit wrongdoing or do anything with any consent or planning. Since police were hunting me down like a wild animal, I was illegally evicted from my home, my son was being hidden from me by his abusers and abductors and I was being threatened with 5 years in prison for even asking to know if he was ok, I feared this abuse of power and my child was completely state sponsored and I decided to leave my birthland. I refuse to be silenced for speaking out against child abuse, child grooming and child abduction and corruption. Especially when lawyers, police and courts are used by these sick people in order to achieve their goals of covering up those who speak out against them. From Casa De Campo in the Dominican Republic I wrote to MP Alan Cairnes pleading with him to sign EDM 210 so that UK Parliament would give fathers some rights to protect their children from these sorts of corrupt and abusive mothers and grandfathers. I actually felt more voiceless than my voiceless child (as I am still being ignored) and more powerless than him: an infant child. 

My Alan Cairnes refused to sign EDM210. Stockeld Park refused to give me the key to the new locks they’d put on my home, my child’s mother refused to even tell me if the child she stole, endangered and abused was ok, NSPCC refused to properly respond, as with the Courts and Police. I was determine to help my child who is still in the captivity of his state-sponsored, drug and power abusing, child abusers, groomer, abductors and exploiter. And I continue to speak out against what the UK and these people and groups continue to do to me and my son to keep us apart and ensure that his abusers are afforded all the protection they need as they hide my son and all information about him, and physically abuse and sexually molest my abducted, missing boy with the very purposeful intent of absolutely no oversight. I cannot believe such barbaric acts against defenceless children are performed on them, WITH STATE SPONSORSHIP, IN BRITAIN! This is the behaviour of an evil, tyrannical cult and not a civilised society. 

The Stewart family of Otley in West Yorkshire have received state sponsorship in their abduction of my child, their attempt to sever our bond as father and son. Their covering up of abuse of my abducted missing child. They have been afforded all the help they need in enslaving, drugging, deceiving and exploiting a defenceless child and reducing his quality of life and standard of care from a private countryside estate, with mum and dad, private healthcare, peace and abundance – to – forced fatherlessness, reduced standard of healthcare, actual physical abuse and exploitation, actual grooming by a suspected child molester, actual endangering of a child, deceit, poverty, enslavement, drugging (non consensual, by way of abduction), corruption, renaming (attack on identity). Attempted covering up of abuse. Pretty much a complete nightmare which has brought no benefit to my son’s life. Just misery and repression and attacks on his liberties and basic human rights. This isn’t even the end of their malice and attempt to force fatherlessness onto my abducted, missing child. 

Whilst at Casa De Campo in the Dominican Republic I helped open an orphanage called Meistro Cares in the neighbouring town, La Romana (with celebrity singer Marc Anthony). The Stewart family contacted the resort where I’d arranged a new, new home for me and my son (having me illegally evicted from my countryside home and chased from my cottage on the coast by police). They alleged I was using a fake ID, (despite me contracting with Casa De Campo with my legal ID (passport) in good faith and conducting good business with them incident free. They not only mislead the resort into ejecting me and my business, but they sabotaged by new relationship with the orphanage which would have allowed me to help other similarly victimised children until the obstructions keeping me from caring for my abused, endangered and abducted child removed themselves by their own accord. Further to this Deborah used her connections at Abraham English School in La Romana (where she taught), to see to it that I was ex-communicated. An email was sent out by the Headmaster of this School asking staff at the resort and school not to communicate with me because I was wanted by police. 

Sure police want me to provide a defence to a frivolous complaint by my child’s malicious mother. But I refuse to contract or pay anyone to know if the child Deborah abused, abducted, endangered and continues to be a dis service to, is even alive in the hands of this reckless, drug abusing, child abusing, power abusing, corrupt psychopath who’d sooner force fatherlessness and abduct and hide her own child to continue abusing him and letting her own abuser(father) sexually molest our boy, rather than just speaking to someone. The severity of this woman’s illness is beyond sane and safe. I am hugely concerned about my abducted, missing, abused, exploited, deceived, forced-fatherless child in the hands of this social fraudster, but since the police, courts and even military (yes, in one of their many attempts to frame me they alleged to the police who called the military bomb squad, that I maybe attempting to blow up my child when I posted a t-shirt to his last known address). since pretty much everyone is assisting this woman abuse our child and enter him into her family cycle of abuse (which include child sex abuse) I am struggling to prevent the inevitable.

I’m at the point,474 days of appeal for these sick, inhumane people to stop being so evil, by their own accord, or else I really will have to conclude that this child won’t make it to adulthood without committing suicide or turn our to be such a monster that he ends up being jailed for life… so much so that I’m really thinking to myself that the odds are so stacked against him, since my voice is less than his in the regime that has him enslaved, that it’s not even a feasible excision of my energy to invest in the possibility of someone hearing our cry for help, or our appeal to his nefarious mother and grandfather to return the stolen child they continue to hold captive so that matters concerning my son are done with consent. Not by way of abduction, attempted kidnap, corruption and bully tactics, malice and deceit. This is not the world I brought my son into, this is not even the world as it exists today. This is just a nightmare so very uneducated, evil people are subjecting him to because of their own nefarious impulses and fears and traditions of brute force and abuse, It’s all these controlling, abusing, corrupt people know. Fortunately for my son he has a father who does not share this dark evil nature. I remain in absolute protest of these crimes against him. And despite the fact I’ve been ostracised, ex communicated, discredited, attacked, hunted and everything else imaginable for 397 days so far, simply witnessing child abuse and speaking out against it, has not dis incentivised me from continuing to love and care for my abducted, hidden and missing, son.  I continue living in peace and abundance and offering this safe and tranquil environment for my son (and even his sick mother if she’s able to prize herself away from her incestuous relationship with her own child molesting father. 

I may continue blogging and I absolutely won’t break because, like the British Army (Bassingbourn) learnt when they tried breaking me in 2001,,,,, I DO NOT HAVE A BREAKING POINT! I will use all of my cyber, legal, business and military skills to do the best I can for my son and country which is clearly being corroded by evil people who abuse power and children. At least we can name and shame two: Deborah Stewart, 35 years old, Otley and her child molesting/ child grooming father; David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount in Otley. This rat nest of a family is situated in West Yorkshire and the way in which child molesters and child abusers like these exist and continue to hold my abducted, child captive for the 397th day, is because they have the assistance of anyone who’ll take their money and lies. Leeds Crown Court, West Yorkshire Police, NSPCC, Leeds City Council Child Protection Services, Basically the UK society as a whole sponsors child abusers who abduct, groom and force fatherlessness and exploitation onto children without remorse or mercy. A defenceless child. This is nothing but the act of weak, corruptible people.

My son and I still have a bond. He is my blood and I am his. My son’s equitable title and the name his mother and I came up with for our new creation is still his to identify himself with. A trustee not a beneficiary in the title ascribed to him by way of abduction), drugged (injected with undisclosed chemicals by way of abduction from his father and home,  subjected to physical and emotional abuse and deceit. His father was at his birth, the record of events has been falsified. His father was no part in his captors and abductors agreements between themselves that I was bad and they are good and that’s why I’m not in his life and they are. In fact my legal title was used on these agreements without me being in any way part of them. I, the physical human am still being ignored and ex communicated by my child’s captors and abductors) who are now attempting to raise my child in the false reality they are forgoing for him. Milo is not lawfully a citizen of the regime that holds him captive and liable for debs. This has been forced by way of abduction of my son from his father and home and aggressive attempts to erase me from his life for not consenting to this exploitation of my abducted, missing child. Not to mention my speaking out against him being physcally abused at 36 days old by his mother then abducted and held captive by her and a suspected child molester (who groomed my child) while they both try to cover up their crimes of abuse and corruption and exploitation of my abducted. missing child.

418th day of UK sponsored child abuse! Concerned Father speaking out!

Its been 418 days since my childs (state_sponsored) , incestuous and malicious mother (and grandfather) …..began abusing, exploiting, hiding, endangering, grooming and attempted to force-fatherlessness, physical and sexual abuse onto my abducted, missing son. All the while they have attempted to keep all information about my abducted, missing son from me while attempts are being made to corrupt, ransom, discredit, frame, ex-communicate, ostracise and ultimately silence me. 

The UK (inc ,NSPCC, MISSINGCHILDRENUK, MP’s, DAVID CAMERON, UK Police & UK courts etc), ALL sponsor and endorse this abuse & cover-up, child abduction, child grooming, child exploitation and deceit, betrayal, drugging & enslavement (unlawful/by way of kidnap vaccination and citizenship) and forced fatherlessness of a defenceless child. This is the 397th day of dis service, abuse, exploitation of my abducted, hidden child by his malicious, physically-abusive, state-sponsored mother and her corrupt incestuous family. 

Deborah Stewart and her father David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount in Otley are child abducting, child abusing and grooming cult followers. In order to perform rituals on my child, including physical abuse and sexual molestation they have abducted him from the safety of his father and home and continue to keep my son captive at an unknown location while they attempt to silence me for simply witnessing and reporting their crimes against my child.  

For the 397th day my son remains abducted from his home and father after his malicious mother exploited our child by keeping him from meeting another infant (by detaining him in the neighbouring room) and failing this attempt to ransom me with my own child, I caught her venting her anger by violently gripping our 36 day old. After my guest, his daughter and I left for dinner (to give this psychotic woman some space to cool down) she clearly panicked and ran away with my son whom I have not seen or barely heard about since. I returned to find myself locked out and no note or message to say where she had gone with our child. She also took off with about £11k of our young families cash.

My position then, which remains unchanged to this day,,is that my child’s mother (Deborah Stewart, Otley, West Yorkshire) should seek professional help for her behaviour which frighted me and my son that day as she yell and swore in front of our infant child, behaved maliciously and endangered our infant child. Since I returned to find myself locked out of my own home I remained at my sisters home and communicated only in writing (by email). I received a response to my email with the claim that she’d left as I’d made her feel frighted and that she was now back at home with our son and that I should return. Although she did accept that we should go and speak to someone about our relationship. 

I remained away in absolute protest of this twist of what actually happened that day. Despite there being a witness my child’s psychotic and erratic mother maintained that she’d left because I’d made her feel frighted, when in actual fact we’d left to let her cool down after her behaviour and treatment of our child became frightening. I continued to try to resolve our dispute in writing, but remained away in protest of this very clear attempt to cover up the abuse of our child and the way in which she’d exploited him and behaved that day. 

The behaviour was, what I believe, in relation to pressure being put on her, not from me but from the state and her family/friends about obtaining a birth certificate for our child. Deborah and I sent a letter of conditional acceptance to the registrar after being invited to give our consent for the UK society to govern our child. Our child who was, at this point still a free British subject of our monarch, her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, whom I am still in Oath of Allegiance to until 2024. Our letter of condition acceptance challenged the so called ‘benefits’ of subscribing our child to this regime and its 750 statute laws (rules). The letter was also a check to see if we are actually still in a democracy and to check if the state still requires our consent to be governed. Something I personally find extremely important in this day and age where Governments are forever abusing their power and acting unlawfully and unconstitutionally.

On the 15th November 2013 my child’s mother was, to my knowledge terrorised into giving her consent for the UK Government to govern our child without any of the benefits to our child being explained so that we can make a proper informed decision. My child has now been made a citizen of the UK society and ascribed a legal title, but it has not been done with any discussion or consent but rather complete disregard of me and our challenge, terrorism and vilification and intimidation of my child’s mother, complete alienation and even an attack on me for insisting the democratic challenge be adhered to (having lost friends in battle, and fought myself to protect “democracy”). But more importantly my child, a free British subject of the monarch, has been made a citizen of the UK regime by way of abduction from the safety of his father and home by his terrorised, distressed and frighted mother. This is not democracy. The United Kingdom is a tyrant/ false democracy regime. Not a democratic society. Since this is how the bankrupt, corrupt state has obtained my child into its seemingly, evil tyrannical cult, I remain in absolute protest of it and I definitely refuse for it to govern my child. Milo Allodius of the Stewart/Buckler family, remains abducted and enslaved. 

Around the time of his abuse, abduction from his home and father, unlawful citizenship (enslavement) he was also drugged. Although this is simply vaccination, my child has been injected with unknown chemicals by way of abduction and disregard of me, his father and my consent. I am yet to be informed of what chemicals have been administered to my abducted, missing child. The record of birth is also a forgery, as I was at my son’s birth and the record does not show this. My son’s mother and I also gave our new creation the name Milo allodius ApStewart. But since I now know that her family name is part of an incestuous ploy and attempted forced fatherless campaign, I am sickened about my son carrying this family name, so I now refer to my abducted, missing, abused, enslaved, drugged child as Milo Allodius ApBuckler. (Ap being my native patronymic, which means ‘of the family’. A necessary in any equitable title of any free British subject of the monarch). 

Since my abducted son has been ascribed a new, legal (slave) title: Milo Stewart. Which he will no doubt be indoctrinated into identifying himself by. With a fraudulent record of birth with is at best inaccurate and a clear attempt to deceive my child into believing he has no father. When in fact I was at his birth, provided him a home and loved and cared for him. The truth is he has been abducted and kept from this while his captors and abductor (primarily his mother) attempt to corrupt me into covering up abusing our child, bully me into giving my consent for the UK to govern my child WHICH I DO NOT or playing a part in this deception of my child by way of using him to ransom me. Which is more exploitation of my abused, abducted, missing, enslaved, drugged, deceived, renamed, forced-fatherless child: Milo Allodius ApBuckler. 

I remained away in protest while his mother and her father (David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount Otley – a man ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a child) secretly rehoused my abducted child and further attempted to corrupt me into going along with their story of events from the 15th Nov 2013 so that they could avoid admitting wrongdoing in trying to cover up child abusing by lying about the physical abuse, abduction, enslavement, drugging, deceit, exploitation of my child. Further to this, this suspected child molester secretly rehoused my son near to him and baited and aggravated me by email to punish me for not being accepting of his daughters acts of malice and physical abuse of our new child. Even more he clearly attempted to hijack my position of trust and responsibilities as a father which IS GROOMING MY CHILD FOR SEXUAL MOLESTATION. 

David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount, Otley is not just a sexual predator because he has groomed my abducted, missing boy, or because he was ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a young child. David Stewart seems to have sexually molested Deborah Stewart and even her two brothers Peter Stewart (now a SSgt in the Royal Corps of Signals) and Jeremy Stewart of Otley in West Yorkshire. I gather this much from my relationship of 12years with Peter Stewart and my relationship with my child’s mother: Deborah Stewart. While my defenceless son remains alone in the hands of this suspected child molester while his physically abusive mother went out drinking and taking drugs I was ordered by a court, at the request of these two, that I not go within a proximity of this man’s home, who has my abducted child captive. What sort of sick social experiment are these people playing ? 

Despite remaining away in protest of the attempted cover up of physical abuse of my 36 day old child, the exploitation, his abduction, grooming, enslavement, drugging, deceit and forced-fatherless attempt. (A stand for democracy, speaking out against corruption and child abuse, including contact denial, parental alienation, child exploitation, child grooming and forced-fatherlessness)….I still returned home to my son and his mother for Christmas out of principle, It was our first Christmas as a young family and I was willing to put all of this aside to spend Christmas Day at home with my son and his mother as a new young family. When I tried returning I was still obstructed from entering my home as his mother refused to leave me the key to get it. So I arranged to get a copy from our landlord at the time (Stockeld Park in Wetherby). I sat down Christmas Eve, put a present under the tree for my son and sat there waiting for him and his mother to return. 

My family were still at our family estate waiting to meet my son, whom his mother refused for weeks to bring down and meet them. She was not only alienating me but my entire family, aside from my mother, had not even met my son and have still not met my son. I was especially sad to find that my son’s great grandmother on my side had stuffed a gift to the back of a wardrobe in our house which she’d not been given the opportunity to give my son on Christmas. I also had a pony in a stable at our livery yard for my son, who I was sad not to be able to present him with while his mother kept him from me and my family in her continued act of malice and attempt to force fatherlessness onto our son. I suspected by now that her and her father had been attempting to bait and aggravate me, using my child, because I would not be accepting on their decision to try and cover up abusing and grooming my abducted, missing child.

I headed back to my home, in the hope his mother wouldn’t sink so low as to keep him from his father and home Christmas Day. But I was wrong. Not only did she keep our son from his father and home on our first Christmas, she actually did it in the most nefarious way imaginable. She drove our son to the other end of the country, onto an army base her brother was on, to ensure we did not even see each other Christmas Day. Blandford Camp, Dorset (home of the Royal Corps of Signals, my formed Army Training base) was being utilised as a way of ensuring me and my son were alienated from each other by a barbed wire fence, armed security and guard dogs. all possible now that I am a civilian. I wrote to the Commanding Officer to let him know about Peter and Deborah’s Stewart’s act of malice and abuse of the facilities entrusted to this corrupt Ssgt (who everyone is away tried framing me in 2003). That month Peter Stewart also stole £1,000 I sent them, for a new cot for my growing son as his mother was allegedly moving banks. Not only did my son’s mother commit yet another malicious act of spite and abuse of power, but she seriously endangered our child by driving him as far apart from me and our home as possible in lethal weather. She even txt me whilst driving claiming trees were falling down and she was aqua plaining with our child in the car. This seemed to be another clear attempt frustrate me. 

By this time I had committed two or three acts of protest. I slept with Deborah’s sister in Law (Peter’s ex wife). I ousted the Stewart family from a private trust I run and froze repayments on a loan I have with Peter. Since the money Deborah ran away with was actually an investment from her father I wrote off his investment and her theft, concluding that she subsequently stole the money intended to be invested in my technology venture from her own father. Or another view was that this money served as collateral for some of the costs incurred trying to fulfil my responsibilities as a father to what I discovered to be a child molesters, child abusing, psychotic and incestuous daughter.  

Boxing Day Deborah agreed to meet. Since my family estate was only a short drive from the end of the country her and our son were in, (and my family were all there eager to meet our son), I asked that we meet there and that I was willing to head back down south to facilitate this.  She refused saying she had scheduled for our son to return to her families home, obtuse to the fact my family were all keen to meet my son and that she was actually close by. Another clear effort to bait and aggravate me. I’ve witnessed this psychotic woman torturing animals, physically abusing our child, received confirmation that she’d go as far as endangering our child to emotionally torture me so this behaviour was not a surprise. I was at my home, I’d been made a fool of, I missed my son, I was exhausted and went to bed. 

Some hours later Deborah arrived without our son. We sat down and talked. She refused to tell me about my son, announced his new home, announced she’s calling off our relationship, announced she’d be taking all the furniture, announced that I was frightening and that I could only visit my son under supervision. The audacity of this child abuser was bizarre. She then questioned if I was going to react or respond, something like “aren’t you going to respond”. She then said she’d let her father know she was ok and that he could go. To my surprise her father was hiding outside and from what I can gather, secretly recording me. While Deborah attempted to bait and aggravate me her father hid outside our window trying to record my reaction. It was now clear that they were attempting to frame me.

Deborah left and not much was resolved. although it was a relief to have the opportunity to sit down and just speak to the woman I’d just had a child with. Over the next few days I stayed at home hoping she’d return our son so that I could at least see him for Christmas. I received responses like “Milo and I are too busy” etc. I was not enjoying being made such a fool of or being a skapegoat for a child molester grooming my abducted, missing child and a physically abusive mother who’d not only stolen my child, abused him, renamed and continued to hide him and alienate me, but also tried discrediting me, baiting aggravating and framing me. In an act of protest of this exploitation of my abducted, missing child and determination that these people would not also be steeling mine and my sons furniture (as well as a challenge to see if they were actually trying to frame and criminalise and silence me as I suspected these corrupt people were) I prepared my furniture for disposal and left to join my family and celebrate new years. 

As I suspected they attempted to use this to try and frame and criminalise me. These people are not even joking around, I was right. Because they failed to corrupt and bully me into being accepting/ silent about the abuse, abduction, enslavement, drugging, renaming, secret rehousing, alienation and exploitation of my child they were willing to go as far as trying to frame me, for the second time, and criminalise and ostracise me. David Stewart emailed me pretty much celebrating that they’d found a way to ensure I never see my son again. They mislead my landlord into performing an illegal eviction, alleging I’d damaged the property and that I’d abandoned it. The truth was there was no damage to the property, or my child and his mothers belonging/ antique family furniture, only my personal belongings and newly acquired furniture. And I hadn’t abandoned it. My car (a black Dodge Avenger) was still on the drive. They also called the police. 

For weeks I battled with my landlord, Stockeld Park, insisting my child and I wished to remain in our home and that changing my locks without even notifying me, in my absence, on false information was an attempted illegal eviction. I demanded a key to the new locks be sent to my 2nd home but they refused and along with my child’s mother and family insisted I take the hint and look for somewhere else to live. Because I was in protest of this cover up of abuse of my child, and his abduction and grooming, and the clear attempt to frame and discredit me, as well as acts of malice which exploit and endangered my child, I was the one being oustracides while my child’s groomer, abuser, abductors and captors, who continue to hide my son, are receiving state sponsorship and are being harboured and endorsed in their crimes against my forced-fatherless child. This is the 397th day my abducted son is being held captive by a family of social fraudsters who are so corrupt that they’re willing to force fatherlessness onto a child and go as far as trying to frame and criminalise me to silence me for simply witnessing this abuse, grooming and deceit of my enslaved, drugged, abducted, exploited and hidden child. 

Every excuse why I couldn’t see my abducted son, why my family couldn’t meet him, why I couldn’t know where he was being held captive etc was being depleted and the responses became more solicited. My child’s mother had basically lawyered up, as I’m sure anyone physically abusing a 36 day old and trying to cover it up in such a corrupt and nefarious way would. Especially someone from a family where an infant had died due to malpractice and where sexual, incestuous child abuse exists. A woman who had already shown she’d happily endanger, exploit and even physically abuse her own child to vent her anger, perform gross acts of malice and use our child like a bartering chip to fuel corruption and try to ransom, control and silence me. My insistence on appointing my child his own independent representative was rejected by his mother, My instance that she stop abusing our child stop as reducing his standard of health care, parental abduction, alienating him from his father and our family, denying us contact etc were also forms of abuse. Not to mention the way in which he was made a citizen of the UK and vaccinated (by abduction from his home and father and complete disregard for our conditions of acceptance and even notifying me what chemical are being administered to my abducted missing child). In mid February 2014 all communicating ceased. I was directed to Ison Harrison Lawfirm in Leeds who took it upon themselves to assist my child’s incestuous abuser and groomer in their campaign to force fatherless on my abducted, missing child, silence me for what I’d witnessed and experienced at the hands of these corrupt child abusers and abusers of power. 

I refused to enter into contract with these people as they were corrupt criminals and evidently child abusers of my child. Despite this ISON HARRISON lawfirm in Leeds insisted on using my legal title in agreements they’d begun forging with the court. Next thing I knew I was being hunted down like a wild animal by police for “harassment” for my daily emails asking to know if my abused, groomed, endangered, missing, exploited, enslaved, drugged child was even still alive in the hands of his abductors and captors. I explained to West Yorkshire police that my son and I were in need of Law and Order and keeping of the peace. They did nothing to help me regain access to the home I’d been illegally evicted from or recovery of my abducted, missing child whom had been abused and groomed by his captors and abductors. People who still hold my child captive at an unknown address to this day: Day 397 and counting.  The police made a surprise attempt to arrest me at my family estate while I was not there, then afterwards insisted I visit my nearest station and provide a response to this frivolousness complaint of harassment. I explained that I did not want to enter into contract of any kind with these people as they are holding my abducted son captive and failing their attempts to corrupt, bully and ransom me into being a part of what they were doing to my child, they are now attempting to drag me into a courtroom and use statute laws to get away with, and justify all of the malicious, nefarious acts they’d committed against my child, our bond, our home, our life of peace and abundance. The UK officer Keiran Ingham, insisted I come in and contract and made the judgement (that I’d already been deemed harassing, without any trial of any kind). She refused to help me or my son but from what I can understand gave my child’s mother a panic alarm as she acted frighted of me to justify running off with our child. This entire thing just gets more and more ridiculous. This was a clear attempt by my child’s abusers lawyer to have police kidnap me and force me into contract so that they can begin capitalising on this dispute. 

Before the week was up I had news that my dear old grandmothers home was approached by South Wales police who decided to hammer at her door at 1am in another surprise attempt to arrest me and force me into contract with my child’s abductors and captors. I could not believe the clear succession of attempts to deceive me and drag me into the game these sick evil people were insisting on playing with me and my child. I refused to be part of it and to this day insist my abducted, missing son be returned to his father and home and that the people who abused and abducted, groomed and continue to hide and exploit my child be brought to justice. I insist that my abducted son’s unlawful citizenship to the UK be renounced, and that the Government webpage on renouncing citizenship from the Britain be reverted back to renouncing citizenship from the UK society, so that free British subjects of the monarch have the option to chose weather or not they consent to be governed which is mandatory of any nation claiming to be a democracy. I demand the name my son’s mother and I gave him be used to identify himself by. Not the legal title ascribed to him by way of abduction as this is a clear attempt to raise my STILL abducted and missing child in deceit. 

Police men and woman in this instance clearly act in their capacity as agents of a regime which sponsors this ritual of letting mothers abuse and abduct children, while child molesters groom the abducted, hidden child while everyone gangs up to erase the father from the picture for speaking out against this inhumane and barbaric treatment of defenceless children.  They seem to be happy with performing kidnapping and using force to get their own countrymen into contract so that courts and lawyers can exploit children, prolong and monetise domestic disputes. The Police and Lawyers and even the judges seem to have, in this case especially, forgotten their Oath of Allegiance. An Oath which I am in until 2024. My Oath of allegiance is to Queen and Country and not to the UK regime. When statute laws of this regime violate the inherent rights and freedoms of the free British subjects of the monarch, it is up to those in oath to defend our Magna Carta constitution and those inherent rights and freedoms. In this case a succession of mine and my son’s inherent rights and freedoms had been violated upon their invitation to the situation. Instead of upholding their oath and fulfilling their duty to protect a child that has knowingly been abducted from his home and father, held captive at an unknown location for months whilst having practically all of his rights and freedoms violated by his captors and abductors (especially the right to his fathers beliefs and culture, the right to have the best quality of healthcare available, protection from abuse, abduction, endangerment, grooming etc) …All of the police involved in this matter have acted in favour of the mother and statutes which afford mothers alleging domestic violence protection,,, have subsequently assisted this malicious mother: Deborah Stewart, assistance in her campaign to cover up child abuse and abduction, grooming and endangering and continue softly abusing our child by holding him captive at an unknown location, exploiting him, exposing him to more endangerment and sexual molesting of the predator who has already, very evidently groomed my abducted missing son: David Stewart, 7 Newall Mount Otley. 

When you think it couldn’t get any worse for my abused, abducted, hidden, forced-fatherless, groomed, exploited, enslaved, endangered, renamed, deceived, captive, drugged child IT DOES. A LOT WORSE. Not only has Milo’s physically abusive mother and child molesting grandfather abused, groomed and abducted my son, from the safety of his father and home. And enslaved, drugged, hid and attempted to force fatherlness onto him so they can get away with their crimes. These two are likely incestuous and definitely take drugs. Further to this they perform rituals which indicate they are members of a satanic cult which prays on the energy and innocence of children. everyone of their acts of abuse of power, corruption and evil indicate this. But what really made me most sad for my abducted, missing son was when a court order came through, to the legal title I insisted not be used to contract me with these people, threatening me with 5 years in jail for “harassment” if I continue to ask to know if my abducted son was ok. This was not served to me, but to a relative, it also alleged I was attempting to avoid being served. it also only came the day before the hearing which took place at the other end of the country. I notified the court of this clear attempt to use statute laws to get away with abusing and abducting my child and all of the other abuses of power over my defenceless child. Further to this preposterous court ruling, another one followed, at the request of the mother, something to the tune of I should never be allowed contact with my son again because of how I have no regard for law etc etc. (this is the woman that physically abused and abducted our child, lied to courts and police to get assistance trying to silence me, engendered our child and continues to hide him and exploit him and try to force fatherlnessness onto him). 

These two child abusers and abductors were then permitted to leave the country with the child they abused and abducted whilst it was suggested by a court that I be blacklisted from obtaining a passport for my son in case I attempted to leave the country with him. Despite me being chased from my country and home and ex-communicated and ignored, and despite the fact his mother and grandfather are incestuous child abusers of an abducted child they have already groomed and endangered. The UK really is pulling out every stop to help these corrupt people get away with and cover up child abuse and force fatherlessness onto this abducted, deceived, exploited child. MY CHILD! further to this, ISON HARRISON LAW FIRM in LEEDS, had my original blog shut down. An allegation was made that my funds were for drugs deals and my banks was closed and even an  associates bank suspended for many months while investigations took place. It’s incredible how someone can abuse a 36 day old, run off with him, hide him, try corrupting you, then failing that try framing you, time after time. Then failing that lie to police and courts. Then failing that use legalise tactics to try and get away with it by silencing me. Then failing that continue to bait and aggravate with tactics like coming on and off skype teasing me with the possibility of seeing my son, or registering on my website with passwords like ‘youllneverseeyousonagain’, then going to court with my reactions and using it to try justifying why fatherlessness should be forced on this child. And why the abducted child’s place of captivity should be it’s new home. And why his abusers, abductors, deceivers and exploiters (who mislead police and courts and try every trick in the book to cover up child abuse) are this boy’s better carers. The fact remains that I still live in peace and abundance. I am currently in a luxury Caribbean apartment overlooking a marina of yachts with my associate from Derbyshire Police’s high tech crime unit who knows the kind of evil people like the Stewart family get up to with children they manage to get exposed. Crimes of the highest calibre are crimes against children. And the fact my son is abducted and in the captivity of an incestuous pair of child abusers and groomers actually sets the stage for some pretty horrific things. 

Not only are my son’s abductors and captors renowned for drug abuse, recklessness, malpractice with previous offences. David and Deborah Stewart have actually already abused, endangered, abducted, groomed and exploited and exposed my child. HE REMAINS FOR THE 397TH IN THE HANDS OF THESE ABUSERS! Unfortunately they are 100% state sponsored because they ‘play the system’. They say the right things to the right people, fill in the right forms, pay the right people, leave out the right information.. THEY HAVE LEGALLY AND SOMEWHAT SUCCESSFULLY, WITH THE SERVICES OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. LAW ENFORCERS, KEEPERS OF THE PEACE AND EVEN CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES :::: ABUSED, ABDUCTED, GROOMED, ENSLAVED, DRUGGED, FORCED-FATHERLNESS, POVERTY, CORRUPTION, DECEIT AND EXPLOITATION ONTO MY ABDUCTED, MISSING SON! THEY’VE THEN (WITH STATE SPONSORSHIP) HAD ME ILLEGALLY EVICTED AND EVEN CHASED FROM MY 2ND HOME AND COUNTRY, THEY’VE HAD MY BLOG SHUT DOWN, THEY’VE ATTEMPTED TO DISCREDIT ME AND SABOTAGE MY BUSINESSES WITH A WEBSITE CALLED WAVEISFAKE.COM!    This family are absolutely determined not to return my son, admit wrongdoing or do anything with any consent or planning. Since police were hunting me down like a wild animal, I was illegally evicted from my home, my son was being hidden from me by his abusers and abductors and I was being threatened with 5 years in prison for even asking to know if he was ok, I feared this abuse of power and my child was completely state sponsored and I decided to leave my birthland. I refuse to be silenced for speaking out against child abuse, child grooming and child abduction and corruption. Especially when lawyers, police and courts are used by these sick people in order to achieve their goals of covering up those who speak out against them. From Casa De Campo in the Dominican Republic I wrote to MP Alan Cairnes pleading with him to sign EDM 210 so that UK Parliament would give fathers some rights to protect their children from these sorts of corrupt and abusive mothers and grandfathers. I actually felt more voiceless than my voiceless child (as I am still being ignored) and more powerless than him: an infant child. 

My Alan Cairnes refused to sign EDM210. Stockeld Park refused to give me the key to the new locks they’d put on my home, my child’s mother refused to even tell me if the child she stole, endangered and abused was ok, NSPCC refused to properly respond, as with the Courts and Police. I was determine to help my child who is still in the captivity of his state-sponsored, drug and power abusing, child abusers, groomer, abductors and exploiter. And I continue to speak out against what the UK and these people and groups continue to do to me and my son to keep us apart and ensure that his abusers are afforded all the protection they need as they hide my son and all information about him, and physically abuse and sexually molest my abducted, missing boy with the very purposeful intent of absolutely no oversight. I cannot believe such barbaric acts against defenceless children are performed on them, WITH STATE SPONSORSHIP, IN BRITAIN! This is the behaviour of an evil, tyrannical cult and not a civilised society. 

The Stewart family of Otley in West Yorkshire have received state sponsorship in their abduction of my child, their attempt to sever our bond as father and son. Their covering up of abuse of my abducted missing child. They have been afforded all the help they need in enslaving, drugging, deceiving and exploiting a defenceless child and reducing his quality of life and standard of care from a private countryside estate, with mum and dad, private healthcare, peace and abundance – to – forced fatherlessness, reduced standard of healthcare, actual physical abuse and exploitation, actual grooming by a suspected child molester, actual endangering of a child, deceit, poverty, enslavement, drugging (non consensual, by way of abduction), corruption, renaming (attack on identity). Attempted covering up of abuse. Pretty much a complete nightmare which has brought no benefit to my son’s life. Just misery and repression and attacks on his liberties and basic human rights. This isn’t even the end of their malice and attempt to force fatherlessness onto my abducted, missing child. 

Whilst at Casa De Campo in the Dominican Republic I helped open an orphanage called Meistro Cares in the neighbouring town, La Romana (with celebrity singer Marc Anthony). The Stewart family contacted the resort where I’d arranged a new, new home for me and my son (having me illegally evicted from my countryside home and chased from my cottage on the coast by police). They alleged I was using a fake ID, (despite me contracting with Casa De Campo with my legal ID (passport) in good faith and conducting good business with them incident free. They not only mislead the resort into ejecting me and my business, but they sabotaged by new relationship with the orphanage which would have allowed me to help other similarly victimised children until the obstructions keeping me from caring for my abused, endangered and abducted child removed themselves by their own accord. Further to this Deborah used her connections at Abraham English School in La Romana (where she taught), to see to it that I was ex-communicated. An email was sent out by the Headmaster of this School asking staff at the resort and school not to communicate with me because I was wanted by police. 

Sure police want me to provide a defence to a frivolous complaint by my child’s malicious mother. But I refuse to contract or pay anyone to know if the child Deborah abused, abducted, endangered and continues to be a dis service to, is even alive in the hands of this reckless, drug abusing, child abusing, power abusing, corrupt psychopath who’d sooner force fatherlessness and abduct and hide her own child to continue abusing him and letting her own abuser(father) sexually molest our boy, rather than just speaking to someone. The severity of this woman’s illness is beyond sane and safe. I am hugely concerned about my abducted, missing, abused, exploited, deceived, forced-fatherless child in the hands of this social fraudster, but since the police, courts and even military (yes, in one of their many attempts to frame me they alleged to the police who called the military bomb squad, that I maybe attempting to blow up my child when I posted a t-shirt to his last known address). since pretty much everyone is assisting this woman abuse our child and enter him into her family cycle of abuse (which include child sex abuse) I am struggling to prevent the inevitable.

I’m not at the point, 397 days of appeal for these sick, inhumane people to stop being so evil, by their own accord, or else I really will have to conclude that this child won’t make it to adulthood without committing suicide or turn our to be such a monster that he ends up being jailed for life… so much so that I’m really thinking to myself that the odds are so stacked against him, since my voice is less than his in the regime that has him enslaved, that it’s not even a feasible excision of my energy to invest in the possibility of someone hearing our cry for help, or our appeal to his nefarious mother and grandfather to return the stolen child they continue to hold captive so that matters concerning my son are done with consent. Not by way of abduction, attempted kidnap, corruption and bully tactics, malice and deceit. This is not the world I brought my son into, this is not even the world as it exists today. This is just a nightmare so very uneducated, evil people are subjecting him to because of their own nefarious impulses and fears and traditions of brute force and abuse, It’s all these controlling, abusing, corrupt people know. Fortunately for my son he has a father who does not share this dark evil nature. I remain in absolute protest of these crimes against him. And despite the fact I’ve been ostracised, ex communicated, discredited, attacked, hunted and everything else imaginable for 397 days so far, simply witnessing child abuse and speaking out against it, has not dis incentivised me from continuing to love and care for my abducted, hidden and missing, son.  I continue living in peace and abundance and offering this safe and tranquil environment for my son (and even his sick mother if she’s able to prize herself away from her incestuous relationship with her own child molesting father. 

I may continue blogging and I absolutely won’t break because, like the British Army (Bassingbourn) learnt when they tried breaking me in 2001,,,,, I DO NOT HAVE A BREAKING POINT! I will use all of my cyber, legal, business and military skills to do the best I can for my son and country which is clearly being corroded by evil people who abuse power and children. At least we can name and shame two: Deborah Stewart, 35 years old, Otley and her child molesting/ child grooming father; David Stewart of 7 Newall Mount in Otley. This rat nest of a family is situated in West Yorkshire and the way in which child molesters and child abusers like these exist and continue to hold my abducted, child captive for the 397th day, is because they have the assistance of anyone who’ll take their money and lies. Leeds Crown Court, West Yorkshire Police, NSPCC, Leeds City Council Child Protection Services, Basically the UK society as a whole sponsors child abusers who abduct, groom and force fatherlessness and exploitation onto children without remorse or mercy. A defenceless child. This is nothing but the act of weak, corruptible people.

Unfortunately, for the 397th day, so that others can impose their agendas on my child (like his mother’s attempt to cover up physically abusing him a 36 days old, or his grandfathers attempt to groom and sexually molest him after his abduction from the safety of his father and home) my child remains abducted, held captive at an unknown location (missing), enslaved (stripped of equitable title and inherent estate and given a slave name and an obligation to repay debt and serve as human collateral for more borrowing. A trustee not a beneficiary in the title ascribed to him by way of abduction), drugged (injected with undisclosed chemicals by way of abduction from his father and home,  subjected to physical and emotional abuse and deceit. His father was at his birth, the record of events has been falsified. His father was no part in his captors and abductors agreements between themselves that I was bad and they are good and that’s why I’m not in his life and they are. In fact my legal title was used on these agreements without me being in any way part of them. I, the physical human am still being ignored and ex communicated by my child’s captors and abductors) who are now attempting to raise my child in the false reality they are forgoing for him. Milo is not lawfully a citizen of the regime that holds him captive and liable for debs. This has been forced by way of abduction of my son from his father and home and aggressive attempts to erase me from his life for not consenting to this exploitation of my abducted, missing child. Not to mention my speaking out against him being physcally abused at 36 days old by his mother then abducted and held captive by her and a suspected child molester (who groomed my child) while they both try to cover up their crimes of abuse and corruption and exploitation of my abducted. missing child.

Day 366 – The death of my child’s soul

When Milo Allodius ApStewart was only 36 days old his state sponsored malicious mother: Deborah Stewart of Otley in West Yorkshire began crushing and slowly extracting his soul! Who would do this to a defenceless child? Their own defenceless child? What society would endorse what this sick mother is doing? The UK society is an evil tyrannical cult and it’s followers, under the spell of the statism doctrine are losing touch with humanity.

My son has been physically abused, abducted, renamed, hidden, deceived, endangered and alienated by his malicious mother,  groomed, enslaved and drugged then subjected to poverty, forced fatherlessness and exploitation for 366 days so far. I think it’s suffice to say that his little soul will not have withstood this punishment and corruption and abuse. I am sickened to my soul just knowing what the UK society and his incestuous malicious mother and child molesting grandfather are doing to him at the secret location they hold him captive, for their own nefarious pleasures. 

I celebrate the memory of his soul which I saw in his eyes when he was last in the safety of his fathers arms, in our home,  identified by his given name. Free as a British subject of the monarch …with all of his inherent rights and freedoms being respected and upheld. That has been upended. He is not forced fatherless, abused, deceived and exploited. I mourn his soul which is being systematically extracted from his little body each day his abusers, abductors and captors pro long the evil deeds they are imposing on us. A defenceless child and a powerless father.

Police tried to arrest me (and court threatened me with 5yrs in jail) for harassment because I email asking to see my son/ for his return…every day. Then I got some other order saying I can’t go near my son or take him because it would constitute abduction. Even though he has been abducted and kept hidden from me for 257days now. I have no idea who’s involved . Nobody will communicate – Even to tell me anything about my son

I’m 29 – I’m ex military . I’ve never had a run in with the law. Suddenly I’m wanted for all sorts of allegations by all sorts of authorities. Milo Allodius ApStewart was maliciously kept from meeting another infant child by his malicious mother on the 15th November 2013 when he was just 36 days old. His mother did this by violently gripping him in the next room. My guests and I left to give the crazy bitch some space, when I returned an hour or two later she’d gone, taken our child and all our money. I have not seen my son since.

There was a succession of madness from my boy’s mother that fateful day. She hid the house keys, hid the car keys, tried registering our son’s birth without me on the birth certificate. She was almost picking a fight. She also provoked me all day and in the weeks until that day. She changed all her passwords and insisted all our cash be put into her account.

After seeing her violently grip our son and return home to find he’d been abducted (as well as me being locked out) I went and stayed with a relative. I emailed her saying I think she needs to get some help. Over the following days/ weeks this psychotic, erratic malicious mother refused to communicate in writing, called all of my friends and family and even my ex girlfriend alleging I was making her feel threatened. To this day she has refused to meet and speak, speak, resolve this dispute etc. Her and her family have campaigned to discredit me for what I witnessed, (and learning that her own father was ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a child) ….they also continue to use my abducted, missing son to bait/aggravate, ransom, emotionally torture frame and try and systematically criminalise me.

My son’s captors, abductors, druggers, enslavers, renamers and abusers have caused my son actual harm and continue to cause him actual loss; subjecting my abducted, missing son to poverty, abuse and forced-fatherlessness. I continue to offer my son his father and home (despite being illegally evicted from our home after my son’s abduction, despite being chased from my 2nd home AND MY COUNTRY because of them misleading more authorities. And despite then BEING CHASED FROM MY NEW HOME ABROAD AS A RESULT OF THEM MISLEADING LOCAL PEOPLE IN POWER).

I continue to offer my son a father and home and life of peace despite their attack on our life together, despite them holding my abducted son captive at an unknown address and despite them keeping me from my home and country with unlawful warrants and unconstitutional courts orders, all fabricated from misleading complaints and applications, fabricated evidence etc.

Last week this member of the Stewart family assured me my son is alive. Why is there so much violence in this family? How can an infant boy be subjected to such barbaric, malicious and abusive people?  

13.11.12 – Deborah used me as her personal money mule, to do some tax evasion of overseas undeclared income. (I also put £75 in her account in good faith to avoid the possibility of her getting charges, because I’m good like that…. and we’d only been dating 3 months by that time).

31.01.13 – After dumping Deborah for witnessing her psychotic, erratic episodes over Christmas …Deborah called to tell me she was pregnant. I flew out to be by her side and begin supporting her and my child and to the best of my ability. I gave our relationship another chance but because of my concerns for her mental health I RECORDED EVERYTHING FROM THIS POINT FORWARD! and a bloody good job I did as well. I had no idea how bad her illness was and I had no idea it could lead to the physical abuse of our 36 day old child followed by a malicious cover-up campaign by her entire family. Our first stop in Jan 2013 was to see the doctor in LaRomana. As always, Deborah laughs at the poor pseudo-advice of her misleaders (in this case her sister in Law, Lisa Stewart).

05.02.13 – Second visit to the Doctor and Deborah demonstrates how ‘stressed’ & ‘anxious’ she gets about the smallest things. My high standards and competence are once again evident in this recording.

19.03.13 – Third visit to the Dominican Doctor. Deborah says how her head teacher ‘Harry MaGee’ ‘understand her’. I later learnt this meant they were having sex…and along with other men Deborah regularly had unprotected sex, caused Deborah to go into a state panic and extreme anxiety about her routine HIV test later that year. This seems to be the reason Mr MaGee of Abraham School, LaRomana, helped Deborah with her camping to hide child abuse (instead of looking out for an abused child as is his duty as someone trusted to protect children ** NOT CORRUPT TEACHERS **) and this seems to be why this corrupt headmaster helped Deborah and her family obstruct me and my son from our new home in Casa De Campo, after Deborah and her corrupt family had already lost me and my son our old home. Harry also emailed everyone, instructing them not to communicate with me in order to obstruct me getting testimonies from Deborah’s former colleagues about her psychotic, abusive nature. 

20.04.2013 – Example of a typical day with Deborah, showing how utterly in need of care she is. There is no way this woman can properly care for our abducted child she continues to hold captivate and hide from his father, she can’t look after herself. The sat nav dies and she has a total meltdown. I get some snacks , “£10 ???” she complains. “I hate chicken” she complains. Sat Nav breaks. Deborah wines, stresses, flapps, shows how much of a child she is. “I don’t know what to do” she cries, get’s upset,,, sobs some more ” I hate being late”. Shall we print a map?, shall I give you directions by phone? Shall I get my laptop and come with you?” I say. “I don’t know how to get there”, Sob sob, flap flap!!! why’s it not working”, “I hate being late” sob sob. “ummmm ummmmm, I don’t know what to do”…….sob sob. COMPLETE MELTDOWN! Imagine what she’s like with a child, same thing. Complete meltdown each time our son cried in the night. This woman is not mentally, financially or emotionally ready or mature enough for the responsibility of proper care of the abducted child she holds captive and abuses, for the 225th Day!

07.10.2013 – At the hospital. We arrived mid day on the 6th in an ambulance after there were complication at the home birth. I was forced to leave the hospital at 8pm, so I return 12pm the next day to collect Deborah and our son. A total of 6 hours at the hospital. The maximum window between Deborah arriving and leaving. In one of 35 lies to the court, after Deborah mislead police and abducted our son, Deborah alleged that I was ‘keeping her family from coming to the hospital’ and isolating her from her family. Since we were in the same district as Deborah’s family, who we met up with 3+ times a week, AWAY FROM ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO ARE YET TO EVEN MEET MY SON, I’d say that’s a sick lie. The purposes of the Non Molest Order Deborah applied for was to buy her time as she planned her cover up story while her and her sick family emotionally tortured and tormented me, and bait and aggravate me, using my abducted, missing child, so that I would react and fulfil her false claims that I’m threatening and aggressive. The fact remains they are the only people to cause actual harm and loss to my son, I continue to provide him a willing and able, loving and caring father, private health care, an awesome home and I continue to protect his rights and freedoms while his state-sponsored, malicious and physically abusive mother and child molesting grandfather, continues to violate mine and my son’s rights and keep us apart, for a 227th day. The hospital were great, but after the birth the Tyranny began. They unlawfully had a dig at us because we hadn’t named our child, they insisted we not go home without giving us a valid reason. They delayed and obstructed us leaving. They told us they’d tagged our child without our knowledge or consent, a clear attempt to deceive, so that even we couldn’t leave with our own child at our own accord. Complete Tyranny.

07.10.2013 – On the way home from hospital after Milo’s birth. Deborah says on route the car “how nice it was to have me there” making no complaints about me, she even says in another call recording that I was fantastic throughout the entire birth, despite her disproportionate fears and concerns that I wouldn’t be, and her malicious threats that I would not be invited to attend the birth (all recorded, all coming soon to my blog). Despite this Deborah alleged to the court, in her attempt to justify child abuse, abduction and forced-fatherlessness, (and stall justice while her and her family use my child to ramson, emotionally torture and torment me)  that I was keeping her parents from visiting her at the hospital. (last time I do anything for this disloyal, ungrateful, malicious, deceiving and calculating woman). Deborah expresses a worry that her mother has decided that she is coming to our home, a clear affirmation that her parents were pushy and controlling and intrusive in our lives. I responded saying for Deborah to worry about herself first and that anyone appearing on our doorstep will not inherently be invited into our home. Deborah said to one of the midwives was “crap” and she wasn’t happy a trainee was at the birth, “no acceptable”. I applauded Deborah for the birth and not sleeping in 60 hours. “He’s like his daddy” she says. No issue with her parents not being at the hospital, despite her making out to the court I alienated her from her family during the birth, despite her not wanting them invoved. Debs said her brother’s coming up, I said cool. I replied saying my mum is also going to come up, Deborah said ‘yehhhhh’ concerningly. A clear indicator she was already potting her alienation campaign. I emphasised my excitement about being a new young family at our home. We agreed that we both upset easily; Deborah, if people don’t speak to her in a nice manner and me if my constitution: e.g rights and freedoms are violated. I suggest Deborah mediate through me so that her anger isn’t exposed to those who aren’t aware of her malicious, angry nature. Deborah ends the recording by saying that she believes she’s a lot more “mellow” now. Evidently not. This also implies and affirms all of my claims (and evidence) about her previous acts of malice and anger and inability to control her feelings and emotions.

12.12.2013 – One of the last calls I had with my child’s malicious mother, pretty nice chat in all. But this call does confirm her malicious father was baiting and aggravating me to drive me away and hijack my responsibilities as a father (groom my child), confirms he does get ‘angry’ but is ‘calm’ (and calculated). Confirms I am willing to take responsibility and admission for my words, upset and reactions; Confirms Deborah has no mercy or remorse, admission of her wrongdoing etc. Will not discuss, face or acknowledge her acts of malice and abuse, completely unrelenting. Confirms how confused, forgetful and blond-dizzy he is. Confirms that Deborah agrees that we can sort things out when we speak, nevertheless she has excommunicated me from my abducted, missing son’s life and hides behind her father and lawyer who then all mislead and deceive court and police to try covering up what they’re doing to me and my son. Confirms I tried to sit down and talk to Deborah on the 15th Nov 2013 but she was being crazy. Confirms Deborah believes I ran away, (when it was her that ran away and locked me out), confirms I did not react to these delusion and fantasy worlds of hers. Confirms how difficult I find it to stay away from my son in protest of Deborah’s false allegations and her untreated sickness, malice and abuse of our child. Confirms how materialistic Deborah is, more concerned about a toy for our son than him having a father. Admits she smothers our child and is way too close to him (leaving no room or concern about him having his father in his life). (Confirms she believes on her own head she’s not a sheep or agent of the state; yet she’s a welfare/state-benefit mother of a forced-fatherless, exploited, abused child, responding to the demands of the state, not the needs of our young family and son). Confirms he’s underweight (likely unhappy missing his dad). This is one of the last times I had any news on the development and well being of my abducted, missing son.

 

27.12.2013 – Call Recording from mine and my son’s home – Family friend of the Stewart family confirms ransom of my child for money, confirms the secret re-housing of my abducted child, (deception and lies, saying I abandoned my son when I was being kept from him, etc), confirms alienation from me, his father and family and our home. This man confirms the grooming of my child by his suspected child-molester grandfather and this man’s bizarre nature and his attempts to bait and aggravate me. Confirms the arrest of Jeremy Stewart, (the brother of my child’s mother) and his social awkwardness and weirdness ( no doubt drug abuse). Confirms Deborah’s malice and deception (including lying to her own family) and her purposeful escalation of this situation including contacting child social services, confirmation that they attempted to frame me, confirm their false behaviour, including that I am a threat. Confirms their family are drug-abusers, hippy-satanists (chanting, drumming etc) and complete socially awkward fraudsters and believe themselves to be above the law. Confirms Peter Stewart (the other brother of my child’s mother) instigated the cyber warfare (hacking, tapping etc) and also baits and aggravates me. confirms Deborah is a psychopath. Confirm I operate in good faith, I’m humble, just, fair and I don’t easily get angry or upset, no previous arrests/ criminal convictions. Confirms I will not be ejected from my child’s life in these ways and that I will not abandon my responsibilities as a father. Confirms I was calm and intentional when I prepared our furniture for disposal, not angry, mad etc. Confirms I remained faithful in our relationship. I contemplated doing to her cat what she’s doing to our child but I couldn’t bring myself to doing this to an animal SO HOW IS THIS WOMAN BEING ALLOWED TO HOLD ONTO A CHILD SHE PHYSICALLY ABUSED, ABDUCTED AND HOLDS CAPTIVE AT AN UNKNOWN LOCATION AND USES FOR RANSOM AND EMOTIONAL TORTURE TO FORCE FATHERLESSNESS ONTO HIM? 

08.10.2013 – In this recording, Deborah confirms Milo was with his father, skin to skin after the birth, and the stronger bond was with his father. For Deborah to maliciously keep our 36 day old from another infant, (violently grip him to accomplish this horrific act of malice) then abduct and keep him from his familiar home and surroundings (and hide and alienate him from his father, while she attempts to discredit, frame and even criminalise me to get away with child abuse, at the expense of our child) for the last 227 DAYS WITHOUT ANY REMORSE…… IS EVIDENTLY NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OUR LITTLE BOY! I continue to be a voice for my abducted, missing son and remain in absolute protest of everything that is being done to him by his malicious, physically and emotionally abusive mother and child molesting grandfather e.g. his abusers, abductors and captors. Deborah admits to getting ‘worked up’, ‘stressed’ and this stopped her producing breast milk. She also admitted to this happening again during a call to my mother over Christmas 2013. Combined with Deborah’s disproportionate levels of distress, fear and anxiety (as well as her erratic, psychotic episodes and meltdowns) THIS SICK WOMAN IS A SERIOUS RISK TO OUR SON. She is in need of care, SHE IS NOT READY, ABLE OR IN A POSITION TO PROPERLY CARE FOR MY ABDUCTED, MISSING SON.

The Rights of the Child. 

Article 1 (Definition of the child): The Convention defines a ‘child’ as a person below the age of 18, 

unless the laws of a particular country set the legal age for adulthood younger. The Committee on the 

Rights of the Child, the monitoring body for the Convention, has encouraged States to review the age of 

majority if it is set below 18 and to increase the level of protection for all children under 18.

‘Person’/ ‘child’ are legalise terms. Article 2 (Non-discrimination): The Convention applies to all children, whatever their race, religion or 

abilities; whatever they think or say, whatever type of family they come from. It doesn’t matter where

children live, what language they speak, what their parents do, whether they are boys or girls, what their 

culture is, whether they have a disability or whether they are rich or poor. No child should be treated 

unfairly on any basis. 

My son is the son free man of Britain. I am a man standing up against his misguided mother’s violations of his human rights and cover-up campaign, AND challenging my Government’s claim that we live in a democracy, when it is really a false-democracy/ Tyranny. This is being held against my abducted missing son. He is being denied and hidden from his father, kept from our home and used as ransom by the state and his abusive mother, to try and get me into contract with them. To try and get me to return money which I am in receipt of. Further to this, I have also being discredited, vilified and chased from my home, country and son…. and outlawed: A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF CLAUSE 29 MAGNA CARTA CHARTER 1297 (as seen above) 

Article 3 (Best interests of the child): The best interests of children must be the primary concern in 

making decisions that may affect them. All adults should do what is best for children. When adults make

decisions, they should think about how their decisions will affect children. This particularly applies to 

budget, policy and law makers.

My position remains unchanged, I am in absolute protest of all that is being done to my abused, abducted, deceived, enslaved, drugged, groomed, missing child. Who’s malicious mother is not only jobless, moneyless, abusive and reckless but is incestuous with her own abuser and child-molesting father.  They are using my child to ransom me for money, emotionally torture me, excommunicate me into giving up n my son, in order to disguise the evident risk they pose to his de-railed life and portray to the authorities they deceive, that he is better abducted in their captivity than returned to his willing and loving father and our home. 

Article 4 (Protection of rights): Governments have a responsibility to take all available measures to 

make sure children’s rights are respected, protected and fulfilled. When countries ratify the Convention, 

they agree to review their laws relating to children. This involves assessing their social services, legal, 

health and educational systems, as well as levels of funding for these services. Governments are then 

obliged to take all necessary steps to ensure that the minimum standards set by the Convention in these 

areas are being met. They must help families protect children’s rights and create an environment where

they can grow and reach their potential. In some instances, this may involve changing existing laws or 

creating new ones. Such legislative changes are not imposed, but come about through the same process

by which any law is created or reformed within a country. Article 41 of the Convention points out the when 

a country already has higher legal standards than those seen in the Convention, the higher standards

always prevail.

This is the 226th day since my son’s abduction and nobody will even tell me if he is still alive. The state are using child protection statutes to help the pro-long his captivity at the unknown address of his abuser and abductor. Saying that to rescue my abducted boy from his current circumstance and return him home to his father and home and life of peace, would in itself, be abduction. 

Article 5 (Parental guidance): Governments should respect the rights and responsibilities of families to 

direct and guide their children so that, as they grow, they learn to use their rights properly. Helping

children to understand their rights does not mean pushing them to make choices with consequences that 

they are too young to handle. Article 5 encourages parents to deal with rights issues “in a manner

consistent with the evolving capacities of the child”. The Convention does not take responsibility for 

children away from their parents and give more authority to governments. It does place on governments

the responsibility to protect and assist families in fulfilling their essential role as nurturers of children.

My son’s rights have nearly all been violated as you can see from this blog and extract from the UN convention of rights of a child. He is also being kept from me as I attempt to stand up for his inherent birth rights and freedoms of our British shores, as well as the ones of his legal person which the state are bound to protect as part of this treaty. No doubt he will be kept from the internet for fear he will have communication with his outlawed, vilified father or learn the truth about his circumstances and indoctrination. 

Article 6 (Survival and development): Children have the right to live. Governments should ensure that 

children survive and develop healthily. 

My son’s abduction and alienation from his father has already resulted in him losing weight (or not gaining it at a healthy rate). His mental health will also be affected by parental alienation and the distrust he will have for his own mother for her instance to pro-long this gross violation of his most basic human rights. Boy’s losing trust for their own mothers results in the chronic source of most horrific crimes, the cycle of child sex and drug abuse which exists in his captors and abductors family household, combined with the evident malice and physical abuse I witnessed, in addition to his abduction, renaming, alienation and SHOWS MY ABDUCTED MISSING CHILD IS IN REAL AND| IMMEDIATE DANGER OF POOR, IMPROPER DEVELOPMENT, SELF HARM, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY ETC!! 

Article 7 (Registration, name, nationality, care): All children have the right to a legally registered name,

officially recognised by the government. Children have the right to a nationality (to belong to a country).

Children also have the right to know and, as far as possible, to be cared for by their parents.

He is not being denied this right by his father, but I am demanding the proper challenge and consent be in place and our rights and constitution of our land respected, to make sure we are not in a TYRANNY or FALSE-DEMOCRACY.. THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT AND MY MISSING SON’S PASSIFIED ABDUCTORS AND CAPTORS, HAVE FAILED THIS CHALLENGE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EVERYTHING HITLER DID, WAS LEGAL.

Article 8 (Preservation of identity): Children have the right to an identity – an official record of who they 

are. Governments should respect children’s right to a name, a nationality and family ties. 

My son is being denied contact and ties to his family, father, my community and his inherent title which is MILO ALLODIUS ApSTEWART ( ap being my native (welsh) patronymic ‘ap’, meaning ‘of the family’ ….and ‘Allodius’ being my input into his inherent equitable title. Allodial is the highest form of ownership which is usually reserved for ‘settlers’ on land/ governments. Since I believe this custom will evolve due to technology, I think this name I bestowed upon my first son is significant to the day and age he has been born into. 

Article 9 (Separation from parents): Children have the right to live with their parent(s), unless it is bad 

for them. Children whose parents do not live together have the right to stay in contact with both parents,

unless this might hurt the child. 

Article 10 (Family reunification): Families whose members live in different countries should be allowed

to move between those countries so that parents and children can stay in contact, or get back together as

a family.

The state, which does not have lawful jurisdiction of my abducted, missing child,  has suggested to my childs abuser, abductor and captor, that an application be made to the passport office to deny my son a passport and maintain his captivity in their tyranny and the captivity of his abuser, abductor and captors.

Article 11 (Kidnapping): Governments should take steps to stop children being taken out of their own 

country illegally. This article is particularly concerned with parental abductions. The Convention’s Optional

Protocol on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography has a provision that concerns

abduction for financial gain.

My son has been kidnapped from his country of Birth and jurisdiction of our common law: BRITAIN, and  unlawfully and unconstitutionally contracted as a citizen (by way of abduction and disregard of my denial of consent) into the UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION/ SOCIETY and subjected to it’s tyranny and repressive jurisdiction. His inherent rights, equitable title and estate, his father and home and more…. are all being kept from him by the state and his captors.

Article 12 (Respect for the views of the child): When adults are making decisions that affect children,

children have the right to say what they think should happen and have their opinions taken into account.

This does not mean that children can now tell their parents what to do. This Convention encourages

adults to listen to the opinions of children and involve them in decision-making — not give children

authority over adults. Article 12 does not interfere with parents’ right and responsibility to express their

views on matters affecting their children. Moreover, the Convention recognises that the level of a child’s

participation in decisions must be appropriate to the child’s level of maturity. Children’s ability to form and 

express their opinions develops with age and most adults will naturally give the views of teenagers

greater weight than those of a preschooler, whether in family, legal or administrative decisions.

Article 12 (Respect for the views of the child): When adults are making decisions that affect children,

children have the right to say what they think should happen and have their opinions taken into account.

Article 13 (Freedom of expression): Children have the right to get and share information, as long as the 

information is not damaging to them or others. In exercising the right to freedom of expression, children 

have the responsibility to also respect the rights, freedoms and reputations of others. The freedom of 

expression includes the right to share information in any way they choose, including by talking, drawing or

writing.

Article 14 (Freedom of thought, conscience and religion): Children have the right to think and believe

what they want and to practise their religion, as long as they are not stopping other people from enjoying 

their rights. Parents should help guide their children in these matters. The Convention respects the rights

and duties of parents in providing religious and moral guidance to their children. Religious groups around

the world have expressed support for the Convention, which indicates that it in no way prevents parents

from bringing their children up within a religious tradition. At the same time, the Convention recognises

that as children mature and are able to form their own views, some may question certain religious

practises or cultural traditions. The Convention supports children’s right to examine their beliefs, but it 

also states that their right to express their beliefs implies respect for the rights and freedoms of others.

My son is entitled to share my beliefs and freedom of thought as his father, he is being kept from me and my beliefs and culture and language, it is being done by way of abduction and alienation. 

Article 15 (Freedom of association): Children have the right to meet together and to join groups and

organisations, as long as it does not stop other people from enjoying their rights. In exercising their rights,

children have the responsibility to respect the rights, freedoms and reputations of others. 

My son’s mother violently gripped our child to maliciously keep him from meeting another infant child who was brought to our home so the two could meet. 

Article 16 (Right to privacy): Children have a right to privacy. The law should protect them from attacks 

against their way of life, their good name, their families and their homes.

My child’s and his father’s good name are both under attack. Our homes and life of peace have been under attack and lost, 3 times. I am now at our fourth home while he remains abducted and missing and his captors and abductors will not communicate with me, except to bait and aggravate me and serve me forged warrants and orders for my ‘words’ and ’emails’ expressing upset and anger. 

Article 17 (Access to information; mass media): Children have the right to get information that is 

important to their health and well-being. Governments should encourage mass media – radio, television, 

newspapers and Internet content sources – to provide information that children can understand and to not 

promote materials that could harm children. Mass media should particularly be encouraged to supply

information in languages that minority and indigenous children can understand. Children should also have

access to children’s books.

There are already stories being made, by my child’s abductors and captors to indoctrinate my son into believing I abandoned my son. The truth is: he was abducted from our home and continues to be held captive at an unknown location (for the 226th Day). I continue to appeal to his abductors and captors to stop doing this to my abducted, missing child and seek professional help as trying to force my son to fatherlessness by trying to chase me from his life while using him for ransom and emotional torture… is a sick thing to do to a child. While I was vilified and obstructed from being near my abducted, re-housed, missing son (by way of false allegations that I was a threat), then I was illegally evicted and chased from our home (by way of false allegations to police and our landlord). Then chased from my abducted, missing son and my own country and life of peace (after his malicious mother made false complaints to police, and false applications to the courts. This resulted in unlawful warrants and deceiving, surprise attempts to arrest me AND unlawful orders to systematically criminalise me. The state is completely disregarding all of these violations of mine and my child’s rights until I enter into contract. I refuse to contract. I want no part in this child abuse cover up or tyranny. I cannot believe it has been allowed to go on for the 226th day without intervention. MY CHILD HAS BEEN ABUSED, ABDUCTED AND HELP CAPTIVE FOR 226 DAYS AND STILL….NOBODY WILL TELL ME IF HE’S ALIVE OR WHERE HE’S BEING HELD CAPTIVE! 

Article 18 (Parental responsibilities; state assistance): Both parents share responsibility for bringing

up their children, and should always consider what is best for each child. Governments must respect the 

responsibility of parents for providing appropriate guidance to their children – the Convention does not 

take responsibility for children away from their parents and give more authority to governments. It places 

a responsibility on governments to provide support services to parents, especially if both parents work 

outside the home.

I am being robbed of my responsibilities as well as my child. While my child’s abuser, abductor and captor (his sick mother) is lumbering her responsibilities onto the state, her family and anyone else she can find while she campaigns to make our child fatherless. There is no regard for what is best for our child from the mother. She is responsible for the complete demise of our child’s life, from a peaceful and abundant life at our private countryside estate with both parents, to abuse (actual harm), abduction, deceit, child-grooming, risk of more actual harm, fatherlessness, enslavement, ransom, emotional torture, renaming, captivity at an undisclosed address, poverty, violation of rights and freedoms. The Government is, for the 226th Day, still unable to confirm if my abducted, missing son is still alive. HOW IS THIS SUPPORTING ME. This is simply supporting a malicious mother with her use of our child for ransom and emotional torture. I WILL NOT ENTER INTO CONTRACT. WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH MY ABDUCTED SON IS RANSOM. 

The contradiction and double standards of the state and my child’s abductors and captors is incredible. They won’t let me know if my son’s alive until I enter into contract, yet they ascribe legal title to me unconsciously to make it appeal as if I have contracted. The attempt to deceive me and my son and disregard the constitution and Magna Carta Charter, is relentless. 

Article 19 (Protection from all forms of violence): Children have the right to be protected from being

hurt and mistreated, physically or mentally. Governments should ensure that children are properly cared

for and protect them from violence, abuse and neglect by their parents, or anyone else who looks after

Not only did I witness my son’s sick mother physically abuse our child to vent her anger and upset and maliciously keep our son from meeting another child (the infant daughter of a friend of mine) but my child’s sick mother then abducted our child and campaigned to discredit me to get away with child abuse instead of seeking professional help. 

Health, Education, Equality, Protection  – ADVANCE HUMANITY

In terms of discipline, the Convention does not specify what forms of punishment parents should

use. However any form of discipline involving violence is unacceptable. There are ways to discipline

children that are effective in helping children learn about family and social expectations for their behaviour

– ones that are non-violent, are appropriate to the child’s level of development and take the best interests

of the child into consideration. In most countries, laws already define what sorts of punishments are 

considered excessive or abusive. It is up to each government to review these laws in light of the 

Convention.

The only actual harm and loss and exploitation of my child, has come from his mother and her family. My child’s only experience of a high standard of living and proper protection and care is from his father. I SPEAK ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD WHO WILL KNOW NOTHING MORE THAN HIS EXPERIENCES AS A 7MONTH OLD. 226 days since he was distressed, physically abused and abducted from his life of peace, home and kept hidden and alienated from his father, at 36 days old …..by his malicious, deceitful, physically abusive mother and child-molesting grandfather e,g his abductors, captors and abusers. 

Article 20 (Children deprived of family environment): Children who cannot be looked after by their 

own family have a right to special care and must be looked after properly, by people who respect their 

ethnic group, religion, culture and language.

My child’s abusers, captors, abductors and exploiters are also depriving my missing son of his father’s culture, language and religious views. 

Article 21 (Adoption): Children have the right to care and protection if they are adopted or in foster care.

The first concern must be what is best for them. The same rules should apply whether they are adopted

in the country where they were born, or if they are taken to live in another country.

Article 22 (Refugee children): Children have the right to special protection and help if they are refugees

(if they have been forced to leave their home and live in another country), as well as all the rights in this 

Convention.

Article 23 (Children with disabilities): Children who have any kind of disability have the right to special

care and support, as well as all the rights in the Convention, so that they can live full and independent

lives.

Article 24 (Health and health services): Children have the right to good quality health care – the best 

health care possible – to safe drinking water, nutritious food, a clean and safe environment, and 

information to help them stay healthy. Rich countries should help poorer countries achieve this.

I offer my child private health care, this was true before and after his birth and found in evidence. His abductors and captors are now subjecting my abducted, missing child to regular, state health care (NOT THE BEST POSSIBLE) not a safe environment as he HAS BEEN HARMED, HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO MORE PHYSICAL HARM AND EXPOSURE TO DRUG, ALCOHOL AND A FAMILY CYCLE OF CHILD-SEX ABUSE). While his rights and freedoms are all being violated, including his right to live in peace, a right to a father, etc …my abducted missing son is also being subsequently denied the information I am broadcasting about his rights and freedoms which would help him to stay safe and healthy. Knowing about your inherent rights and freedoms and inherent title, is not taught in schools nor did I learn about constitution, common law and lawfulness in my military career. This information is not for citizens to know because it’s not advantageous to a state and/or their jurisdiction.  

Article 25 (Review of treatment in care): Children who are looked after by their local authorities, rather 

than their parents, have the right to have these living arrangements looked at regularly to see if they are 

the most appropriate. Their care and treatment should always be based on “the best interests of the 

child”. (see Guiding Principles, Article 3)

Article 26 (Social security): Children – either through their guardians or directly – have the right to help 

from the government if they are poor or in need. 

My son and I reject these benefits and do not wish to contract with the state. My child’s mother is welcoming the benefits because she cannot fund the abuse and captivity of our child whom she abducted and continues to use for ransom and subject to poverty, forced fatherlessness and expose to the sexual abuse of a suspected child molester who has already groomed my abducted, missing son.  

Article 27 (Adequate standard of living): Children have the right to a standard of living that is good 

enough to meet their physical and mental needs. Governments should help families and guardians who

cannot afford to provide this, particularly with regard to food, clothing and housing.

My son’s standard of living may be ok, but if abuser, abductors and captors of children can provide a seemingly ok living environment, while they make successive attempts to sabotage the father and son’s homes and business and vilify and alienate, emotionally torture, bait and aggravate, frame and criminalise and outlaw the grieving, concerned father. Does this honestly constitute a decent standard of living for a child? 

Article 28: (Right to education): All children have the right to a primary education, which should be free.

Wealthy countries should help poorer countries achieve this right. Discipline in schools should respect

children’s dignity. For children to benefit from education, schools must be run in an orderly way – without 

the use of violence. Any form of school discipline should take into account the child’s human dignity.

Therefore, governments must ensure that school administrators review their discipline policies and

eliminate any discipline practises involving physical or mental violence, abuse or neglect. The Convention

places a high value on education. Young people should be encouraged to reach the highest level of 

education of which they are capable.

My son’s physically and emotionally abusive, malicious mother and child-molesting grandfather are both former teachers. It’s not likely that Deborah Stewart will ever teach again after physically abusing a 36 day old, and it’s my understand that David Stewart has already been ejected from his teaching career over concerns of the risk he poses to children. 

Article 29 (Goals of education): Children’s education should develop each child’s personality, talents 

and abilities to the fullest. It should encourage children to respect others, human rights and their own and

other cultures. It should also help them learn to live peacefully, protect the environment and respect other

people. Children have a particular responsibility to respect the rights their parents, and education should

aim to develop respect for the values and culture of their parents. The Convention does not address such

issues as school uniforms, dress codes, the singing of the national anthem or prayer in schools. It is up to 

governments and school officials in each country to determine whether, in the context of their society and 

existing laws, such matters infringe upon other rights protected by the Convention.

My son’s physically and emotionally abusive, malicious mother and child-molesting grandfather are not able to respect mine or my son’s human rights or our cultures and beliefs. Not only are they nearly all being violated at the expense of their attempt to get away with child abuse and child grooming, but my child is being kept from his inherent rights and freedoms, estate and title and his father’s values and standards.  What ‘s worse is the British Government are assisting in this child abuse/ child-grooming  cover up attempt and these violation of this disregard of democracy and these violations of mine and my abducted, missing child’s inherent rights and freedoms. 

For every child – Health, Education, Equality, Protection 

Article 30 (Children of minorities/indigenous groups): Minority or indigenous children have the right to 

learn about and practise their own culture, language and religion. The right to practise one’s own culture, 

language and religion applies to everyone; the Convention here highlights this right in instances where

the practises are not shared by the majority of people in the country.

My abducted, missing son’s physically and emotionally abusive mother and child-molesting grandfather are English. They are aristocratic and their religion seems to be Sadism. I, on the other hand am Welsh, welsh speaking, democratic and even Laissez faire… and my religion is Christianity with an appreciation for the healing study (and belief) of a Second World War British Army nurse (which founded Scientology’s Dianetics works). 

Article 31 (Leisure, play and culture): Children have the right to relax and play, and to join in a wide 

range of cultural, artistic and other recreational activities.

I am concerned that my abducted, missing son’s right to play and relax etc will be impacted by my public appeal. But I cannot be expected to stop appealing to his captors and abductors and all those who keep us apart and violate my child’s inherent rights and attack our home and life of peace together. THEY MUST STOP DOING THIS TO ME AND MY CHILD!!! THEY SHOULD DENOUNCE HIS UNLAWFUL CITIZENSHIP TO THE UNITED| KINGDOM UNTIL PROPER CONSENT IS MADE (AND/OR THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS HAS BEEN APPLIED). RETURN HIM TO HIS FATHER AND HOME AND OUR LIFE OF PEACE AND ABUNDANCE TOGETHER. STOP ATTACKING THIS AND KEEP ME AND MY SON APART FROM THIS FOR A FAIR PERIOD OF TIME (226+ DAYS). DROP ALL FALSE CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS… FALSIFIED WARRANTS AND ORDERS. ANYTHING WHICH VIOLATES MINE AND MY SON’S RIGHT TO LIVE IN PEACE IN OUR HOME IN OUR COUNTRY. ANY CONTRACTS WILL BE MADE CONSENSUALLY WITH PRIOR DISCUSSION, NOT BY TERRORISM, RANSOM, KIDNAP, COERCION, FORCE, MALICE AND COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE QUEEN, THE BRITISH CONSTITUTION AND THE COMMON LAW OF OUR LAND. 

Article 32 (Child labour): The government should protect children from work that is dangerous or might

harm their health or their education. While the Convention protects children from harmful and exploitative 

work, there is nothing in it that prohibits parents from expecting their children to help out at home in ways 

that are safe and appropriate to their age. If children help out in a family farm or business, the tasks they 

do be safe and suited to their level of development and comply with national labour laws. Children’s work 

should not jeopardise any of their other rights, including the right to education, or the right to relaxation 

and play. 

Article 33 (Drug abuse): Governments should use all means possible to protect children from the use of 

harmful drugs and from being used in the drug trade.

It is found in evidence that my son’s abusers, captors and abductors do abuse drugs, have a history of arrests. It is also found in evidence that my son was drugged by the state and his captors and abductors by way of abduction and complete disregard for my expressed denial of consent AS HIS FATHER! 

Article 34 (Sexual exploitation): Governments should protect children from all forms of sexual

exploitation and abuse. This provision in the Convention is augmented by the Optional Protocol on the 

sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.

The British Government has assisted a suspected child molester in his campaign to groom my abducted missing child.  

Article 35 (Abduction, sale and trafficking): The government should take all measures possible to 

make sure that children are not abducted, sold or trafficked. This provision in the Convention is 

augmented by the Optional Protocol on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.

My child has been abducted and the British Government e.g. Leeds Crown Court, believe a rescue from his abductors, captors and abusers warrants abduction. Ignoring the fact his place of captivity is not residence by the unknown address of my son’s abductor and abuser. A place they can keep my son hidden from me (for the 226th success day) they use him for emotional torture to bait and aggravate me in order to systematically criminalise me, in order to force fatherlessness onto my abducted missing child and try and dis incentives me from being a voice for him as they try to get away with these violations of my abducted missing child’s human rights. 

Article 36 (Other forms of exploitation): Children should be protected from any activity that takes

advantage of them or could harm their welfare and development.

My child was not born in the 1900’s, he’s a 21st Century boy. The world is in a pickle, governance and finance included and we are moving into the technological age. As my child’s father and a tech entrepreneur, I make very careful thoughts and proper plans for my child in light of the world and time in history he has been born into. Banks and Government have been exposed for exploiting citizens, it is more important than even in this time to hang onto constitution, democracy and perform humane and lawful acts. Control, force and aristocracy is not the environment for a 21 Century child. 

Until the injustice my father suffered, at the hands of a corporation and the state, which lead to his demise and eventual death. Where there was no internet to pass on his lessons learn to me, his son. Milo Allodius ApStewart will learn of his abduction and this gross violation of his human rights and freedoms, our systematic separation and this gross attack on our civil liberties, title and estate by the state and his deceiving, malicious and abusive mother and grandfather. The consequences to them will be more than the consequences to my son who I hope will denounce his citizenship and excommunicate his mother and grandfather to hold to account and escape all the people who are doing this to me and my abducted, missing son. I HAVE NO PREVIOUS ARRESTS, CHARGES, INCIDENTS OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD ADVOCATE THAT I AM IN ANY WAY A CRIMINAL.  

Denial of consent to enter into unlawful contract with my son’s abductors and captors or the state, by way of abduction and ransom of my child or attempts to kidnap me, DOES NOT MAKE ME A CRIMINAL. 

Being my son’s voice and standing up for mine and my son’s inherent rights and freedoms as they are being violated in the most barbaric, inhumane and unlawful ways, DOES NOT MAKE ME A CRIMINAL. 

Peacefully protesting against these violations of practically all of my abducted, missing son’s inherent rights and my rights IS A RIGHT! MY ACTS OF PROTEST DO NOT MAKE ME A CRIMINAL. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO PROTEST AGAINST THIS GROSS  INJUSTICE AND ABUSE. 

Article 37 (Detention and punishment): No one is allowed to punish children in a cruel or harmful way. 

Children who break the law should not be treated cruelly. They should not be put in prison with adults, 

should be able to keep in contact with their families, and should not be sentenced to death or life

imprisonment without possibility of release. 

My abducted, missing son is being punished is many many ways by his abductors and captors and a lazy state who refuse to get their rouge citizens in order. MY SON AND I HAVE BEEN SEPARATED AND KEPT APART AND EXCOMMUNICATED FOR 226 DAYS SO THAT HIS ABUSIVE MALICIOUS MOTHER AND CHILD MOLESTING/ GROOMING GRANDFATHER CAN TRY TO GET AWAY WITH PHYSICAL ABUSE AND ABDUCTION.

Article 38 (War and armed conflicts): Governments must do everything they can to protect and care for

children affected by war. Children under 15 should not be forced or recruited to take part in a war or join

the armed forces. The Convention’s Optional Protocol on the involvement of children in armed conflict

further develops this right, raising the age for direct participation in armed conflict to 18 and establishing a 

ban on compulsory recruitment for children under 18.

Article 39 (Rehabilitation of child victims): Children who have been neglected, abused or exploited

should receive special help to physically and psychologically recover and reintegrate into society.

Particular attention should be paid to restoring the health, self-respect and dignity of the child.

When my abducted, missing, abused, groomed, enslaved, captive, drugged and exploited child is returned home to his father, our home and our life of peace together HE WILL BE COUNSELLED TO OVERCOME THE TRAUMA OF THE LAST 226 DAYS OF TORMENT.  

Article 40 (Juvenile justice): Children who are accused of breaking the law have the right to legal help 

and fair treatment in a justice system that respects their rights. Governments are required to set a 

minimum age below which children cannot be held criminally responsible and to provide minimum

guarantees for the fairness and quick resolution of judicial or alternative proceedings.

Article 41 (Respect for superior national standards): If the laws of a country provide better protection

of children’s rights than the articles in this Convention, those laws should apply.

The laws of the land protect my son better than the laws of the state. These laws are in the constitution of the Magna Carta Charter, endorsed by the Royal Family and monarch which supersedes the British Government and the United Kingdom society, who’s regulatory statute’s are being used to prolong this injustice and abuse and de-railing of my child’s life and the standard of living I continue to provide him, a quality of life he is being kept from with nothing better on offer to him.  

Article 42 (Knowledge of rights): Governments should make the Convention known to adults and 

children. Adults should help children learn about their rights, too. (See also article 4.) 

The captors and abductors and the state are, for the 226th successive day, violating and even disregarding mine and my son’s inherent rights. There is little confidence the adults or state who abused, abducted, groomed and continue to hide my son from his father and keep from his home while they terrorise, attack and vilify me into subscribing to their passive beliefs and contracting with them, are also attempt to force fatherlessness, poverty, indoctrinated deceit and a cycle of family abuse onto him.  FOR THE 226TH DAY NOBODY WILL TELL ME IF MY ABDUCTED, MISSING SON IS EVEN STILL ALIVE. 

Articles 43-54 (implementation measures): These articles discuss how governments and international organisations like UNICEF should work to ensure children are protected in their rights. 

UNICEF WONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS EXPRESSING MY CONCERNS ABOUT MY ABDUCTED, MISSING CHILD, OR THE ABUSE, EXPLOITATION, EMOTIONAL TORTURE AND EXPOSURE TO MORE HARM AND SEXUAL ABUSE HE HAS ALREADY ENDURED AND CONTINUES TO BE SUBJECTED TO.

The clauses of the 1297 Magna Carta still on statute :

NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgement of his Peers, or by the Law of the land. Deborah Stewart, her trainee lawyer and her corrupt family of child molesting, drug-abusers, are trying to use the law (regulatory statutes) to get away with child abuse and child abduction etc

In addition to physically abusing our child, Deborah Stewart has completely de-railed our child’s life and reduced his standard of living; …abducting him, renaming him, letting her own child molesting father groom him, alienating our son from his father and father’s side of the family. Hiding our child from his father and keeping him from his home,,,, then using him to bait and aggravate, extort and random AND EMOTIONALLY TORTURE ME. There is also no benefit in me acting with legal title as a citizen of the United Kingdom because you do not give father’s any rights nor will my MP sign EDM210 to get political reform. And even when we get 100+ MP’s to sign EDM 210, parliament and David Cameron don’t do anything to acknowledge it and address the matter in parliament. So I operate with equitable title, under the common law of Britain and our Magna Carta Charter, in absolute ‘lawful’ rebellion of what my child and I are being subjected to by a physically and emotionally abusive and passive aggressive, psychotic, deceitful woman,,,, in her capacity as a citizen and mother. What Deborah is doing is abuse of a child and is an attempt to get away with child abuse.

Our child is not fatherless. She has ex-communicated me from his life, dragged this matter into the court where I have no rights as a father. Where my common law argument is NOT BEING HERD BY THE COURT, WHO KEEP ASCRIBING LEGAL TITLE TO ME AND FULFILLING THE MOTHERS REQUESTS TO SYSTEMATICALLY MAKE MY ABDUCTED, MISSING SON FATHERLESS! Deborah is evidently a malicious, abusive mother. Her father is a suspected child molester. 

They have lost me and my son our home, new home and kept us apart for 223 days. Refusing to say where he is, how he’s developing, OR IF HE IS EVEN STILL ALIVE. Deborah has used me for a child and is now attempting to go about her day at the expense of our child and his rights and freedoms. This is this is a complete dis-service to our new child. 

The state, the court, Deborah’s lawyer, her family etc ASSUME THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO MY CHILD, ME, OUR LIFE OF PEACE TOGETHER, IN OUR HOME. I deny you all this assumed right of access. Deborah Stewart is misguided and not ready to be a mother to a child. This woman cannot look after herself, nor is she able to exist in society without recourse because of the severity of her abusiveness, illness and malice.

I demand Deborah, by her own accord, STOP DOING THIS TO OUR CHILD, OUR YOUNG FAMILY AND ME! I am in absolute protest of this attack on the bond between me and my son, our civil liberties and our RIGHT TO LIVE IN PEACE, IN OUR HOME TOGETHER, IN OUR COUNTRY. Deborah turns to the state before turning to her own child’s father for resolution because she is weak, she is using statute law to try getting away with child abuse. She is not ready to care for our child, put his needs first or care for him to any reasonable standard. She has already exposed him to emotional, physical and sexual harm. Deborah and her family have drug abuse issues as well as a cycle of abuse which has already caused my infant son so much harm and loss. They have attacked our home, business and kept us apart for a successive 223 days for purposes of malice and abuse.

I am willing and able to fulfil my responsibilities, care and love my child, and my family and my child’s step mother are looking forward to meeting my son, once he is returned to his home and father and our lives of peace. I continue to be a voice for my abused, abducted and missing son to the complete detriment. There’s has been an attack on my business, homes, civil liberties, right to free speech, lawfully rebel, right to freedom of expression. Despite this my position remains unchanged and I will continue to expose to the world what my child and I are being subjected to. It’s not democratic, it’s unlawful, it’s unconstitutional, it’s not consensual.
