Judging by the comments it looks like they actually believe what is written on the sign. They'd no doubt be embarassed if they found out you made the whole thing up. I guess that's one of the flaws of being anonymously judged on the internet. youve mentioned this physical abuse a number of times, and have stated there is a documented witness. i've read the witness statement and it makes no mention of abuse whatsoever. the person came to visit you, didn't get to meet Milo (they even say they assumed this was because your partner was tired), and left. at no point does it mention witnessing any abuse.
in any case, if the child was being gripped, does that not mean you were trying to remove the child (ie gripping it as well) to force the mother into allowing a meeting she wasnt comfortable with for whatever reason.
also why don't you ever refer to these acts specifically. instead of “physically abusing our child”, “drugging” and “renaming/contracting” why don't you specifically write “held tightly”, “vaccinated” and “registered his birth at a local registry office”. presumably its because even in your own deluded world you realise that the vast majority of reasonable people would not view any of these actions as child abuse.
