The reason I, (the father) am concerned for this child is as follows:

• My child’s mother abused drugs and is reckless. Even with her own life, she had to have a part of her skill replaced before having our child. When I came to her aid after finding out she was pregnant she was still drinking heavily. I flew her back to Britain, got us a home on the grounds of Stockeld Park in Wetherby and we attended Harrogate Hospital where our child was born ‘still’, but thankfully the doctors revived him.

• Twice before the 15th Nov 2013 my child’s mother: Deborah Stewart, physically tormented and abused our child. Caught on video and witnessed. After catching her the second time (when our son was only 36 days old) his mother panicked an ran away with our son and all of our cash (£11k).

• Since this day her and her own father (David Stewart: revealed to be a suspected child molester from Otley) have both held my abducted son at an unknown location and with the help of their lawyer (ISON HARRISON LAW FIRM, LEEDS), the court (Judge McCleod: LEEDS CROWN COURT) and the police (Kerina Ingham: West Yorkshire Police) have tried to bully, ransom, discredit, kidnap, frame, criminalize and silence me to cover up these crimes against my child.

• Despite abducting, secretly re-housing and hiding my son from his home and father, this family entered mine and my son’s home while I was away celebrating New Years, took away all of our possessions and changed our locks. I believe they even stole my car from my driveway. (A New Dodge Avenger). Performing an illegal eviction of this kind further alienated,exiled and tormented me. But more importantly mine and my child’s inherent rights as British subjects were now in violation and have been for the last 524 successive days. We remain under incredible duress!

• At the request of this malicious mother, grandfather and their lawyer, West Yorkshire police then made successive attempts to kidnap, and escort me, to a court where I would be ordered to enter into an agreement ordering me to stop asking for information about my child’s well-being or whereabouts, stop raising concerns (which I was doing by email) or face 5 years in prison for harassment. And that I must remain away from the suspected child molester and my child’s mother and the location they are holding my abducted son captive. (Despite never making any attempt to visit).

Between his abduction from his home and father on the 15th Nov 2013 and this Skype call in December Milo was secretly-rehoused, renamed, medicated and contracted to the state without consent and by way of abduction.

• While they were attempting this I was actually abroad on business, not properly notified about the hearing, nor was I permitted the opportunity to provide a defense. Nor was I in attendance at the hearing which they attempted to force by way of kidnapping me. The agreement and order was forged (document fraud) behind my back to give these criminals a warrant for their crimes against me and my child. having never communicated it with me or got my involvement or consent. My legal name was nevertheless entered onto this legally binding agreement (by Leeds Crown Court) and I remain under duress and in absolute protest of this perversion of our system of law and order and justice system. It’s also a rotten thing to try and do to a child. To making him believe his dad’s a criminal and abandoned him. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

• as I understand my name is also missing from the record of birth of my abducted, missing child and he has been renamed to try and further insure we are alienated from each other. His registration was also done by way of abduction not consent. which invalidates the belief the UK’s 1800’s society is a democracy. Something I am very concerned about also as a man under oath to Queen and Country until 2024.

• This is now the 524th day since I have seen my son and nobody will give me any information about him, his whereabouts etc. My son is not fatherless, I continue to provide my son a father and home. These people are attempting to force-fatherlessness onto my child in the most extreme ways.

• A prime example: When I attempted to send a gift to my son’s last known address the bomb squad were called after false-allegations were made that it may be an attempt to bomb my child and his abductors and captors. I am ex-British Forces still under Oath making it insane to try and paint me to be a terrorist. This is actually a ploy to use anti-terrorism powers to try and locate and extradite me back to Britain and silence me. The mother has alleged I am the danger and that I have abandoned my child when this is not the case. I continue to live in peace and abundance and love and care for my son and I’m perfectly willing and able to fulfill my responsibilities as a father. All harm to this child spiritually, emotionally, physically and to his person is by his abductors and captors.

• I am not accepting of this treatment of my child or any children for that matter. I will not be party to this treatment of children despite many efforts to force me into contract and force me to be accepting of the abduction, deception, forcing of fatherlessness, exploitation and grooming of children. I realise baby’s needs their mum’s and grandfathers. But what they are doing to this child, the ways they are doing and the reasons why is inhumane. His needs are not being put first. Theirs are. Which include getting away with child abuse and abduction and covering up the true risk they pose.

• THEY HAVE ALREADY ABUSED AND GROOMED, ABDUCTED AND EXPLOITED THIS CHILD AND KEPT HIM HIDDEN FROM HIS FATHER AND FATHERS SIDE OF THE FAMILY FOR 99% OF HIS LIFE. These crimes against this child cannot be allowed to continue!

It is not normal that parents would be threatened with prison for enquiring about their child. It also hard to understand why a gift sent through the post would be dealt with by the bomb squad and why you feel you have been forced to leave the country.

I then caught her venting her anger by violently squeezing our new born boy. My guests and I left the house to let her cool down. 

I returned home some two hours later to find myself locked out of mine and my son’s home, so I went to stay and my sisters and emailed my child’s mother demanding she get some professional help. She invited me to return home under the condition I go with her story of events that day. Which was a feeling that I made her feel frightened which is why she left and nothing about the incident with our child was to be spoke of. 

I refused to be corrupted and remained away in protest of this clear effort to cover up child abuse. My child’s mother is a teacher so I can understand why she wouldn’t want to admit wrongdoing. My response to this new situation was to re-house her nearby so that we did not need to live together which would permit me to return home to my son and not her. During this time my child’s grandfather (on the mothers side) attempted to hijack my position of trust in my young boys life. I discovered this man to be a suspected child molester, who was ejected from his teaching career for misconduct with a child and a man who molested his daughter as a child. And a man who was sexually abused himself as a child, 60% of whom statistically abuse children as adults. This man secretly re-housed my child and his mother near to him, dominated her every decision and tried to chase me from her. As well as hijacking my role and responsibility this man caused my child’s mother to hang up on me during a skype call in which we were attempting to resolve our situation which concerned me. He has also coached my child’s mother to alienate me, continue her effort to cover up the abuse and abduction of my child.

The mother and grandfather refused to release my son to meet his father’s side of the family for Christmas, refused to meet and speak with me etc. My child was being used to emotionally torture me and place me under immense duress. But I refused to be part of this cover up of child abuse and I refused to give my consent for the UK to govern my abducted child. He was registered and vaccinated by way of abduction, my alienation and my name was kept from his birth certificate. My abducted child’s name was also altered. 

I remained away in protest of this for around 3 weeks but returned home to be with my child and his mother for Christmas out of principle. My child’s mother then drove our child to the other end of the country for the purposes of keeping us apart Christmas day. She did so in lethal weather conditions endangering our child, texting me whilst driving alleging trees were falling down, she was aqua planing etc. 

My child’s malicious mother returned home Boxing day but not with our child. My child was being hidden from me and kept from his home. His mother then baited and aggravated me further saying my access to my son would be restricted, his location would not be disclosed, her family would also be coming to take our furniture etc. When I pealed back our curtains her father was hiding outside and from what I can gather trying to secretly record my response. Despite realizing the two were attempting to frame me, after failing to ransom me with my own child for weeks, I did not react. 

The days after Christmas went on and my son continued to be kept from his father and home. Before returning to my family for NewYears celebrations I prepared my furniture for disposal to prevent it being stolen as they’d threatened. Within a few days of arriving at my family estate I received an email from my landlord saying that my locks had been changed and that they were sorry to hear I’d abandoned my home. This was not the case. My son was abducted from our home and I was then illegally evicted. What my child mother and grandfather had done is called the police in a 2nd attempt to frame and criminalize me. This alarmed the landlords who were mislead into believing I’d damaged and abandoned my home. In good faith I paid the rent in advance and asked for a new copy of keys to be posted to me. They refused month on month. 

While this was happening I tried to make arrangement to see my son and for my family to meet him. His mother depleted excuse after excuse why i couldn’t see my child by email and then ceased all communication. I continued to email her asking to know where my son was, how he was, for his safe return to our home or my 2nd home etc. Police then attempted to surprise arrest me for harassment. They went to the wrong address so instead called me and invited me into the station to respond to allegations I was harassing. I decided as I did not want to engage legally with these people or enter into any form of contract with them. 

The police then made a second surprise attempt to arrest me, visiting the wrong address again before the deadline they gave me to visit the station was up. I also discovered a court case was being held based on 30+ lies by the mother which requested an order to stop me going near the home of the child molester where my abducted child was being held captive by a physically abusive mother who’d abducted, exploited, endangered, drugged, enslaved, renamed, alienated and continues to hide my child. Who’d also violated my rights by exiling me without a jury decision and attempted to have me kidnapped and forced into a courtroom where father’s have no rights so they can pursue their attempt to cover up child abuse by forcing fatherlessness on my STILL abducted, missing child. I was not served notice of the court hearing, police would not help me or my son regain access to our home or each other. I was threatened with 5 years in jail if I continue to ask after my son.

Under duress I left Britain so that I could remain a voice for my abducted missing son against this state-sponsored duo of child abusers. From overseas I wrote to my MP to get EDM210 signed so father’s could get rights but he refused. I then helped get 100 other MP’s to sign, but when it reached parliament it was ignored. I continued to notify all of the authorities in child protection about what my child and I are being subjected to. I continue to be ignored. Nobody will tell me where my son is, how he is etc. The deal I made for a 3rd home abroad within weeks of arriving was then sabotaged following false allegations I use a fake password/ ID and that I was wanted by the FBI. I was forced from the resort and moved up to the mountains. An orphanage I helped a local celebrity open became a business opportunity which was also sabotaged by this families false allegations. 

My blog was then blocked from being accessed in the UK. This is my freedom of speech and expression and even that was now being violated. UN and EU human rights groups as well as missingchildrenUK, national crime agency and more all give excuses as why they cannot do anything to help my abducted, missing, endangered child or me. Or continue to ignore me. 

For father’s day I sent a gift to my son’s last known address. It was reported as a potential bomb and disposed of by the bomb squad. I believe this was a ploy to try and get me extradited back into the UK regime or just another attempt to frame, criminalize and silence me. Allegations of money laundering and other such nonsense also resulted in mine and my business associates bank accounts being suspended while investigated, which was a major inconvenience. Another court case was carried out, without sufficient notice, containing even more lies to the court by the mother and her lawyer (such as I had not given then my address, to which I had in fact. They also gave the court my old email which they knew to be invalid). My legal name was again used in agreements without my consent or correspondence with me, the physical human. These people have agreed amongst themselves (and entered my name onto this agreement) that I should be kept from my son as I am the danger. – At the request of the mother of course. 

My IP was later tracked by police to a router I tunnel through at my family estate in Wales. A 3rd surprise attempt was made to arrest me, although the officer claimed to want to just check if I was ok. When I located his email and notified him that I was not ok, that mine and my son’s rights are being violated etc he refused to respond. Recently I was also contacted by a police woman inviting me to enter into contract and referred to me as ‘the bomb hoax man’. I believe the call was also an attempt to get me to purger myself so that more charges could be added to the unlawful arrest warrants. 

The Tax office is now seeking to learn about my sources of income which have enabled me to finance my fight against this deception and tyranny which I refuse to give them as the regime while it sponsors violations of mine and my child’s human rights. 

The situation continues to escalate and escalate. My position remains unchanged. I still provide me and my son a home, a life of peace and abundance. I continue to want to fulfill my roles and responsibilities as a father. I have not been demoralized or disincentivised. But I refuse to yield to any ransoms being made by my child’s abductors, deceivers, abusers and exploiters. I demand my son be returned to his father and home and his unlawful citizenship to the UK renounced and the mechanism which ensures we are in democracy, which many of my friend and I have risked our lives to defend in war, is respected. I demand to know about my abducted, missing son. What these people are doing for the 490 something day is INHUMANE. They have committed document fraud, they are dealing with a legal fiction and not me the physical human and I am furious and in absolute protest and I’m doing so as lawfully as possible. As I understand is my right. 

I am a former British soldier. I am in oath of allegiance until 2024. 

As a free British subject of the monarch I take my valid oath to defend Britain against tyrant regimes very seriously. The UK is behaving like an evil, tyrannical, barbaric cult. The statism doctrine really has severed its citizens connection with reality and humanity, subjecting my child and me to such injustices. 

West Yorkshire and South Wales police are doing nothing for my son or me, who are on our 490th something day, having our rights violated. As I understand all of the UK’s 750 statutes are null and void until this is rectified, yet they continue to reference statutes which I am apparently violated to give them justification to continue violating mine and my son’s inherent birth rights as free British subject of our monarch.

March 2015 – Stewart Family continue to try and bait and aggravate me
Continue to try and get more justification for abducting and hiding my child from his father and home  FOR THE 500TH DAY …..and  continue trying to force fatherlessness onto him, raise him in deceit, continue to abuse and betray him, exploit him (use him to try and ransom me into contract, pay a fee, silence/ subjugate, break or immaculate me).

I went out for dinner on the 15th Nov 2013 and returned to my home to find my son gone! I have never seen or barely heard about my child since. His captors and abductors not only include his physically abusive, corrupt mother, but also a syndicate of her sponsors which include West Yorkshire Police, Leeds Crown Court, Leeds City Council, South Wales Police, her family: David Stewart, 7 Newall Mount Otley, Peter Stewart, SSGT, Royal Corps of Signals etc. All of whom have actually tried this sick woman to get away with child abuse by trying to bully me and ignoring the other witness who was at our home that day FOR THE 500TH DAY!

What hope in hell does my child have for any justice and peace in his life. He is for the 500th day abducted from his father and home, endangered, groomed by a suspected child molester: David Stewart, 7 Newall Mount, Otley, West Yorkshire. My abducted, hidden child is being used for ransom e.g. he is being heavily exploited. The ransoms made by his abductors and captors include paying, entering into contract, being part of covering up child abuse or being silent about it. I wasn’t most concerned for my child when his malicious mother realized she couldn’t get me to be part of a child abuse cover up so she instead went for the option of baiting, aggravating and trying to frame and criminalize and silence me. Thank GOD for the internet. I can continue reaching out for my son and he’ll soon be able to reach out for his father. Until he is returned to his father and home, or is old enough to return himself to his father and home, without me yielding to any of the ransoms of his abductors and captors and endorsing this type of exploitation and deceit of children. Day 366 – The death of my child’s soul

When Milo Allodius ApStewart was only 36 days old his state sponsored malicious mother: Deborah Stewart of Otley in West Yorkshire began crushing and slowly extracting his soul! Who would do this to a defenceless child? Their own defenceless child? What society would endorse what this sick mother is doing? The UK society is an evil tyrannical cult and it’s followers, under the spell of the statism doctrine are losing touch with humanity.

My son has been physically abused, abducted, renamed, hidden, deceived, endangered and alienated by his malicious mother,  groomed, enslaved and drugged then subjected to poverty, forced fatherlessness and exploitation for 366 days so far. I think it’s suffice to say that his little soul will not have withstood this punishment and corruption and abuse. I am sickened to my soul just knowing what the UK society and his incestuous malicious mother and child molesting grandfather are doing to him at the secret location they hold him captive, for their own nefarious pleasures. 

I celebrate the memory of his soul which I saw in his eyes when he was last in the safety of his fathers arms, in our home,  identified by his given name. Free as a British subject of the monarch …with all of his inherent rights and freedoms being respected and upheld. That has been upended. He is not forced fatherless, abused, deceived and exploited. I mourn his soul which is being systematically extracted from his little body each day his abusers, abductors and captors pro long the evil deeds they are imposing on us. A defenceless child and a powerless father.

223rd Day of successive abuse of my abducted, missing child

The clauses of the 1297 Magna Carta still on statute :

Deborah Stewart, her trainee lawyer and her corrupt family of child molesting, drug-abusers, are trying to use the law (regulatory statutes) to get away with child abuse and child abduction etc

In addition to physically abusing our child, Deborah Stewart has completely de-railed our child’s life and reduced his standard of living; …abducting him, renaming him, letting her own child molesting father groom him, alienating our son from his father and father’s side of the family. Hiding our child from his father and keeping him from his home,,,, then using him to bait and aggravate, extort and random AND EMOTIONALLY TORTURE ME. Subjecting him to their abuse, poverty, rotten amounts of mental illnesses and corruption, drug-abuse and deception and lies.

Once these sick people have collected and compiled enough reactions from me to what my child and I are being subjected to, they are heading straight over to court to try and further their cover up campaign and justify why the CHILD DEBORAH STEWART PHYSICALLY ABUSED, ABDUCTED, EXPOSED TO MORE HARM, RENAMED, HID FROM HIS FATHER, KEPT FROM HIS HOME, USED FOR RANSOM ETC …IS BETTER OF IN HER CAPTIVITY THAN BEING RETURN TO HIS HOME AND FATHER (AND FOR PROPER, LAWFUL CONSENT AND ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE FOR OUR CHILD AND HIS LIFE)

THE ONLY ONE TO CAUSE THIS CHILD HARM AND LOSS IS HIS MOTHER. VIOLATING HIS RIGHTS, ABUSING HIM, USING HIM FOR RANSOM AND EMOTIONAL TORTURE.

THE ONLY ONE CONTINUING TO PROVIDE A SAFE, DEMOCRATIC ENVIRONMENT FOR MY SON IS ME, HIS FATHER. I AM THE ONLY ONE CONCERNED ABOUT THE VIOLATION TO HIS HUMAN RIGHTS. I AM THE ONLY ONE CONCERNED ABOUT THE ONGOING CONSEQUENCES THIS WILL HAVE ON HIS LIFE, HIS TRUST FOR HIS OWN MOTHER ETC.

The people who are exploiting this fragile sick woman and her inability to care for our child to any reasonable standard are sick. The ones helping her to get away with child abuse and abduction and trying to help her make her own child fatherless and poor and deceived ARE SICK! This woman refuses to come and sit down over a cup of coffee and resolve our differences and raise our child together in peace. She insists on deceit, drama, abuse, malice, corruption, harm and loss. And even when we get 100+ MP’s to sign EDM 210, parliament and David Cameron don’t do anything to acknowledge it and address the matter in parliament. So I operate with equitable title, under the common law of Britain and our Magna Carta Charter, in absolute ‘lawful’ rebellion of what my child and I are being subjected to by a physically and emotionally abusive and passive aggressive, psychotic, deceitful woman,,,, in her capacity as a citizen and mother. Deborah is evidently a malicious, abusive mother. Her father is a suspected child molester. 

They have lost me and my son our home, new home and kept us apart for 223 days. Refusing to say where he is, how he’s developing, OR IF HE IS EVEN STILL ALIVE. Deborah has used me for a child and is now attempting to go about her day at the expense of our child and his rights and freedoms. This is this is a complete dis-service to our new child. 

The state, the court, Deborah’s lawyer, her family etc ASSUME THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO MY CHILD, ME, OUR LIFE OF PEACE TOGETHER, IN OUR HOME. I deny you all this assumed right of access. Deborah Stewart is misguided and not ready to be a mother to a child. This woman cannot look after herself, nor is she able to exist in society without recourse because of the severity of her abusiveness, illness and malice.

I demand Deborah, by her own accord, STOP DOING THIS TO OUR CHILD, OUR YOUNG FAMILY AND ME! Deborah turns to the state before turning to her own child’s father for resolution because she is weak, she is using statute law to try getting away with child abuse. She is not ready to care for our child, put his needs first or care for him to any reasonable standard. She has already exposed him to emotional, physical and sexual harm. Deborah and her family have drug abuse issues as well as a cycle of abuse which has already caused my infant son so much harm and loss. They have attacked our home, business and kept us apart for a successive 223 days for purposes of malice and abuse.

I am willing and able to fulfil my responsibilities, care and love my child, and my family and my child’s step mother are looking forward to meeting my son, once he is returned to his home and father and our lives of peace. I continue to be a voice for my abused, abducted and missing son to the complete detriment. There’s has been an attack on my business, homes, civil liberties, right to free speech, lawfully rebel, right to freedom of expression. Despite this my position remains unchanged and I will continue to expose to the world what my child and I are being subjected to. The lengths my child’s malicious, abusive mother and her mislead family an community will go to discredit and destroy me for simply witnessing and reporting my child’s mother physically harming our child (and then abducting him, for fear she would lose him) are unreal. While her family continue to bait and aggravate me and take specific extracts of my reactions to court to further their attempt to keep my abducted, missing, renamed child captive and hidden, from his home and father …and get away with child abuse and abduction by forcing fatherlessness onto my abducted missing son…is sickening. 218th day of abduction, abuse and exploitation of my child: Allodius

Milo Allodius ApBuckler (renamed to Milo Stewart) is my son. He was abducted from me, (his father) and our home on the 15th November 2013 by his mother after she suffered a psychotic erratic episode and violently gripped our child to maliciously keep him from meeting another infant child (who’d come to visit our home with her father, who’s a great and long-standing friend of mine). I continue to love and care for my child and express my heavy concerns about the conduct of his captors and abusers who refuse to tell me the location of my child or if he’s even still alive. What they are prepared to do, when they’re not using him for ransom and emotional torture, is continue their malicious campaign to lose my son his inheritance (by attempting to sabotage my technology business).  They’ve already altered his name, drugged him, enslaved him, abused him, groomed him, hid him from his father and kept him from his home. 

These people cannot be trusted with a child. Everything they have done since my child was 36 days old is abusive, controlling, inhumane, barbaric and highly unlawful and unconstitutional. The succession of crimes against me and my son are phenomenal and unrelenting. The Stewart family schemed to keep me and my son apart Christmas Day, driving my son in lethal weather to keep us apart. Everything that my child is being subjected to is being done against my expressed denial of consent by a child molester and a physically abusive mother. 

I’ve depleted months of appeal to my child’s abductor, abuser and captor : Deborah Stewart of Otley in West Yorkshire. A woman I have video evidence, testimony and call recordings of demonstrating her intent to cause harm and loss. A woman who is so messed up in the head, having had a child molester as a father growing up, that she suffers severe psychotic erratic episodes. Behaviour which lead to me raising concerns with family and friends before she became pregnant. Behaviour her family are so desperate to hide that they refuse to confess events where they witnessed this incredibly harmful and concerning behaviour. 

Deborah once threw chocolate truffles across the kitchen because she didn’t like the fact that her mother wanted one. Deborah physically prevented me from leaving her brothers home at Christmas 2012 after asking me to leave. She sent me a succession of threats and abuse because I would not return to her. Deborah had a psychotic episode before she had a HIV test when pregnant, although there was no probability of her having this she was tormented by what her father exposed her to at childhood. Deborah was once so angry that I went out one evening without her she refused to move, refused to let me go, refused to speak to me. The most bizzar behaviour of anyone I know. Deborah has a schizophrenic attack when we learnt we didn’t get a home we were viewing. For the 214th day my abducted child has been held captive at the unknown address of a physically abusive mother and his child molesting grandfather. 184th day of abduction, abuse and exploitation of my child: Allodius

This is the 184th day since I have seen my son. How can his incestuous and sick mother and grandfather be allowed to continue holding captive and abusing my abducted, missing son ? I learnt my son’s grandfather was ejected from his teaching career for being suspected of molesting a child. I also suspected him of sexually molesting his own daughter when she was a child. Here is a picture of the sick sick man who has been scheming to groom my son since his birth in 2013 and the run up to Christmas that year. 

My son, Milo Allodius ApStewart, was then physically abused by his disturbed mother DEBORAH STEWART, during one of her frequent psychotic, erratic episodes, on the 15th November 2013 (when our son was just 36 days old). Rather than just calming down and seeking professional help her and her father teamed up to keep my son from me and subsequently this truth about these two social fraudsters. 

Deborah immediately abducted our son from his home and me, his father, then began contacting our community in a desperate attempt to discredit me before I was even granted the opportunity of saying anything about what I had just witnessed. Deborah even called my mother and ex-girlfriend alleging I was being threatening and this is why she left with our son and all of our money. Deborah would not communicate with me in writing nor would she confess that I have done nothing to harm her or our son. Deborah used this false allegation to keep me at a distance while her and her incestuous father renamed and re-housed my abducted son at an unknown location. Milo remains missing to this day. I have not seen my son since he was abducted from our home and me on the 15th November 2013. I have appealed to his mother to return our son and stop her attempts to hide the truth that her and her father pose a serious risk to my son at the expense of both of our most basic human rights. 

This social fraudster not only abducted, renamed, held-captive and abused my child (by way of forced fatherlessness, renaming him, abducting him, physically abusing him, grooming him etc) but  she has attempted to discredit and systematically criminalise me to keep me from exposing the truth about the significant risk her and her father pose to my son, by keeping me from my son so that they can raise him in their life of lies and deceit. They have attempting to frame me to falsify evidence to support Deborah’s false allegations that I am a threat. Deborah has mislead police twice (once to cause me to be illegally evicted from my home at Christmas after driving my son to the other end of the country in lethal weather conditions to keep us apart then renaming him, then holding him captive at an unknown address…..and once to have me arrested for harassment for asking to see my son by email every day), then Deborah mislead the court with a false application (endorsed by her corrupt families corrupt solicitor). The malice also includes losing me and my son our new home and even losing my son his inheritance and my business by misleading financial regulators, prospective business partners and investors and the list now includes FBI and DEA. Child protection services and the local councils health visitors have also been deceived by the child-abusing mother of my son and his child-molesting Grandfather: DAVID STEWART. Their campaign was pre-meditated, pre-planned and is entirely in bad faith to maintain access to my son despite the enormous risk they pose to him both physically, sexually and emotionally.

  

NONE OF THE AUTHORITIES WILL COMMUNICATE WITH ME! I HAVE ONLY BEEN ORDERED BY HEAVILY MISLEAD POLICE AND COURTS TO STOP APPEALING TO MY SON’S ABUSER, ABDUCTOR AND CAPTOR TO RETURN HIM AND STOP ABUSING HIM (OR EVEN PUBLICLY EXPRESS MY DISMAY AND GRIEF ONLINE WHILE I AM BEING IGNORED AND EX-COMMUNICATED) OR EVEN GO NEAR THE CHILD-MOLESTER WHO IS LEFT ALONE WITH MY ABDUCTED SON WHILE HIS ABDUCTOR GOES OUT DRINKING AND TAKING DRUGS, OR ELSE I WILL BE THE ONE JAILED FOR 5 YEARS. 

HAVING A CHILD WITH THIS PSYCHOPATH AND BEING ASSOCIATED WITH HER CHILD-MOLESTING, CHILD-ABDUCTING, CHILD-ABUSING CORRUPT FAMILY HAS TURNED MY LIFE INTO A LIVING NIGHTMARE. The fact others are actually helping this sick child molester and his disturbed, incestuous and physically-abusive, troubled, adult-daughter….. abuse and make fatherless my one and only child….my defenceless infant little child ,,,, just makes this particular living nightmare, the most prolonged and deeply sickening, painful human experience of my entire life. I hear AND FEEL my son crying out to me in my sleep, to help him as he remains captive at an unknown location and subjected to the physically abusive of his sick mothers psychotic outbursts followed by the creepy, perverted grooming and sexual abuse of his disturbed grandfather:  DAVID STEWART. 

Living in peace in my home and wanting to father my child is evidently a crime in the United Kingdom society. The rouge police state is evidently a false-tyrannical-democracy which has hijacked Britain and British constitution.  I do not consent to my son being governed by this state and I am seeking residency/ political asylum for me and my son in the Dominican Republic. I do not trust my child’s mother, her family, her community, our Government, I do not trust my Queen or monarch (which has made no effort to protect my faith despite being the ‘defender of the faith’), I do not trust the EU and I no longer believe in the United Nations or it’s declaration about the protection of the rights of my child

This is as emotionally damaging to a child as slamming his head down would be, to his fragile body. 

WHY DOES NOBODY UNDERSTAND THIS AND HELP RETURN MY ABUSED, ABDUCTED, MISSING SON TO THE SAFETY OF HIS HOME, FATHER AND LIFE OF PEACE ?

My son has been unlawfully contracted with the state, my consent has not been given for him to be Governed by the United Kingdom society. He has been contracted/ ENSLAVED (birth registered) by way of abduction and alienation of his father. My position remains unchanged. My child’s mother and I conditionally accept the states offer only once it can provide a compelling enough reason why my son should be a citizen of the state in the 21st century, especially if healthcare, education and travel is his inherent right and not a revokable benefit of privilege of a rouge, corrupt government. 

I continue to appeal to his misguided abusive mother to return him to his father and home and get the proper consent and make proper arrangement for his life and future. My son: MILO ALLODIUS APSTEWART, remains abused while I remain ex-communicated, terrorised and harassed (effectively chased from my own home, abducted child and country).  I will not give up on my son. I don’t know where he is, what he is called, if he is even still alive, how he is, what he look: s like, how he’s developing etc. THIS IS EMOTIONAL TORTURE AND TORMENT, IT THE MOST BARBARIC, INHUMANE, UNLAWFUL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, CORRUPT FOR OF ABUSE I HAVE EVER BEEN SUBJECTED TO.

I am heavily concerned for my child in the hands of his mentally unwell mother and grandfather, who not only refuse to apologise for the harm they continue to cause me and my son, but who are actively seeking to separate and harm me and my son and violated our rights, including the one to be in each others lives. All for the purposes of maintaining their incredibly false façade and disguising the FACT they are sick, child-abducting, child-abusing, malicious, incestuous, deceiving, evil, corrupt, untrustworthy, misleading, lying, abusive social fraudsters. 

184th day of successive abuse of my abducted, missing, abused son: MILO ALLODIUS ApSTEWART. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just return my son to his home and father and our life of peace and just consult me on any plans you and others have for our son DEBORAH STEWART, so that the opportunity of proper planning and consent can be put in place for our child and his life and future. Abducting our son and holding him captive at an unknown address FOR 6 MONTHS, after physically abusing him and attempting to force fatherlessness onto him, is a gross betrayal of our child’s trust in you as his mother as well as mine. YOU ARE SICK INDIVIDUAL DEBORAH STEWART, GET HELP!

Your father is not our child’s father. Your brothers are not our child’s father. Your friends are not our child’s father. The police, the courts, your old headmaster and everyone else you have mislead and lied to in order to help you in your struggle to fulfil your responsibility as a parent IS NOT OUR CHILD’S FATHER. I am our child’s father. I, Hywel ApBuckler am by nature law Milo’s father. Co-parent with me and stop crushing mine and my son’s soul with your abusive nature and malicious attempts to keep us from each other.. 

I love and care for my son. I continue to appeal to his abductor, captor, enslaved, abuser, drugger and enslavers to return my child to his home, father and life of peace with his rights and freedoms in tact and consult me, HIS FATHER, on idea’s you have so that the democratic, lawful, reasonable and diplomatic approach can be taken. My son will grow up and discover this and the truth about his father and the situation that has been ascribed onto us while he remains defenceless and I remain powerless. 

What is wrong with you sick sick people who knowingly hold my abducted son captive and continue to keep him from his loving father and home which remains standing despite all of your efforts to bring it down and justify your abuse and crimes against a defenceless child and his powerless father. How can you maintain a position of such a sick violation of my child’s most basic human rights for such a long period of time while my child suffers at the expense of your complete inability to show any remorse or act in a humane way towards a child? Are you that clueless, ignorant and misunderstood about the harm you are causing me and my son with this succession of crimes against our civil liberties? We desire to be with each other at a cellular level, FATHER AND SON. This effort to turn my fatherhood into a privilege which is afforded to me by you, my child’s abductors, captors and abusers is a form of terrorism I will not yield to. My child is not a bartering chip, he is life and should be treated as such. A life I created and a life I continue to fight to protect and safeguard from all risks and threats.

While my abducted child is held captive at an unknown location and abused in this way by his captors for a 184th day….AND while I remain illegally evicted from my home, obstructed from the new home AND FINALLY in peace in my NEW NEW home (despite also being ex-communicated from my son and chased from my country) my position remain unchanged. 

I love and care for my son. I continue to offer my son a home and life of peace and my love and care, education, healthcare and protect his rights and freedoms (many of which remain in gross violation). I continue to broadcast the truth about the injustice that he and I have been subjected to for 6 months now. I continue to pray his mother will one day develop a concious or overcome her sickness and take responsibility for the actual harm and loss she is causing our son and me. Maybe retract her false allegations, complaints and applications and seek professional help for her psychotic behaviour and malicious, deceiving nature which has placed a succession of obstacles between me and my son and de-railed his life for over 6 months with a moments remorse or compassion
